I work at a highly reputable restaurant in the bay area. I love the people I work with and the food I make. However being a chef requires alot of committment away from the ones you love being around most. The higher up you get the longer you are away from family and friends. Doesn't that suck? The way they portray chefs on television isn't all what it seems.

i know that most margarine is dairy free, but what is it made from?
and raisins and sultanas have slight differences in colour, but are they different kinds of grapes or something?

I have aquaintances who do so reguarly and suggest that I do. However in the household in which I grew up..we never did this. It just seems to me it has to destroy the nutritional content of any vegetable to do so,with meat it would seem at minimum the taste. Refreezing food just does not seem to be the best practice.

At my university, they serve breakfast and the main food that is present everytime is scrambled eggs. I find myself eating a portion of scrambled eggs along with other choices (Biscuit, Sausage, etc.) Mon-Fri. I exercise a lot, but I want to know if I eat scrambled eggs everyday, am I doing damage to my health?
