At my university, they serve breakfast and the main food that is present everytime is scrambled eggs. I find myself eating a portion of scrambled eggs along with other choices (Biscuit, Sausage, etc.) Mon-Fri. I exercise a lot, but I want to know if I eat scrambled eggs everyday, am I doing damage to my health?

No. Eggs are a rich source of protein & having them daily will satisfy the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) of Protein in the daily diet. Though if possible you should consume scrambled eggs made only with egg whites (exclude the yolks) to maintain cholesterol levels.

They are very high in fat and cholesterol due to the yolk. There's not much you can do about that if they are being made by someone else. When I make scrambled eggs, I use one whole egg and two egg yolks and a little skim milk. Lots of protein, 1/3 the fat, still has good flavor.

I would also reconsider eating bacon or sausage every day. Unless you are on the swim team or something that's VERY active (not like hitting a baseball, then waiting for several minutes before you get to run again), you will end up gaining weight if you're not careful with the rest of your diet!

The problem with scrambled eggs is that you will have 2 to 3 eggs plus butter and milk or cream,2 fried eggs would look as much on your plate and less cals.Put the bacon between double kitchen towel and microwave on full power, check after 3.mins. As for the pancakes it does not come under diet food, more of a treat.

Yes ! to much eggs are very bad for your heath, because eggs are high in Cholesterol. which are really bad for your Heart. you can eat eggs every day if It's Cholesterol free, and it's fat free as well, Biscuits and sausage are also full of fat, salt, and Cholesterol, there no need for the eggs every day. if you can't get pass these gees, then try eating maybe 2 to 3 times a week!

Too much of anything is bad, that's why it is too much. The yoke is the "bad' part, and scrambled eggs have yoke in them, so it is kinda bad for you I guess, but nothing significant as far as I know.

No. Like many have agreed too much of anything is bad but approximately 2 a day is fine, considering its calories and all. The positive outweighs to negatives so don't worry about your health.

too much of anything is not good for you. Mix some salsa in with your eggs (high in vitamins), and don't be afraid to eat meat as well.

Na, but i wouldn't go anymore than a dozen in a day (my record is 9), after that things become bad for the people around you.
