It won't go flat like an opened can of soda, if that's what you mean, but the alcohol will evaporate out of the container, so the whiskey will lose it's potency.

Whiskey is distilled therefore it is already flat. However dust and stuff can get in there and change the taste. But hey Ill still drink it.

It has to be carbonated to go flat, as I don't know of any carbonated whiskeys, I am going to say no. It does lose some taste though.

It cant go flat because it is not carbonated like soda. I dont think the taste changes either, even in few years, unless the cap is not there and it gathers dust in it.

Whiskey isn't fizzy, so it can't go flat. It already is.

If you mean go bad, not really, though over time bugs and junk will get in and the alcohol will evaporate away...ok, maybe that is bad :)
