I'm planning for my 21st B-day, and wanna get the strongest stuff. I'm not a drinker at all but on my 21st I plan to do it once, and if I like it I'll continue to drink, but I want to know that I started at the top first. Can anyone help me?

Everclear Grain Alcohol 151-Proof:

A spirit derived from the fermentation of grain. Distilled twice. Used by cooks, distillers of other alcoholic beverages, and for medicinal purposes. Clear, tasteless and very potent.
But Everclear, I think is nasty, so I suggest you drink the delicious and potent LONG ISLAND ICE TEA.

1oz gin
1oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz tequila
2 oz sour mix

Mix with ice and then top with Cola.

Everclear (brand name) or PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) can be purchased at 190 proof (95%) depending on the state. Some states don't allow that strength to be sold. For example, Everclear in California is only 150 proof (75%).

However, this is definitely NOT what you want to drink, even if you are a seasoned drinker.

Stick with vodka...it gets you just as messed up, without the flammability or the chemical burns in your throat. If you want a first drink for 21 that will knock you on your butt, order a Long Islad Iced Tea. It's 5 liquors over ice with a splash of coke just for the iced tea color. LIIT is pretty much "starting at the top."

Everclear® alcohol
Everclear is a pure grain alcohol. The brand, produced by David Sherman Corporation, comes in two strength bands, both 95% (190 proof), and 75.5% (151 proof) bottles. Although, the 95% is undeniably the most popular and most available type.

Many of the US provinces have made it illegal to buy Everclear and it's very uncommon to see the most potent of the Everclear products sold outside of America.

And it's for good reason too. Everclear is incredibly potent and should be used strictly and responsibly. Don't drink it straight!
THERE IS A LIST A POPULAR DRINK RECEIPES WITH THIS WEBSITE THAT HAS EVERCLEAR IN IT.

151 proof is the highest I've seen. I think you can drink grain alcohol, which is like 180+ proof. I don't think you'd enjoy it too much, though. 151 schnapps or rum would probably be the strongest recommended alcohol.

Also, don't think alcohol percentage can be qualified as "the top." Get yourself a 12 year old, $100 bottle of Scotch. That'll put you up there. Or spend the same money on Absinthe (check local legality). Suppose to be quite the high...

Everclear is 190 proof and is the highest in alcohol of all drinks sold in America.

It's strong tasting but not terribly offensive, not unlike a very strong vodka (which is basically what it is.)

It is illegal in some states and if you drink too much of it (or anything else alcoholic,) you could wind up with a one-way backstage pass to the Hereafter.

Besides, if you're going to drink, bypass all the juvenile mistakes and learn to drink like an adult. Develop a taste for good beer (Guinness, for example), fine wine, first-class gin (Bombay or Boodles) and fine whisky (Irish whisky or top-drawer Scotch, such as Laphroaig).

Learn to appreciate the subtle and fine flavors of these drinks. Savor them fairly slowly and get quietly and politely pie-eyed.

Yes, good alcoholic drinking is expensive but definitely the way to go. You will impress no one by drinking garbage such as Budweiser or Jack Daniels or cheap wine and then throwing up on your shoes.

By the way, alcohol poisoning is a real possibility and a truly stupid way to die, particularly at your age.

NO DRINKING AND DRIVING.

Got it? Good.

Everclear is 190 proof, or 95% alcohol.

But I would NOT suggest you buy and drink it. Other than being illegal in some states, you would probably burn your esophagus and stomach in drinking pure everclear.

I would do as others have suggested and go with a good quality vodka such as SKYY, it's domestic. If you want to spend more get Belvedere, it's Polish. They are both 40% alcohol or 80 proof.

Have fun! And please drink responsibly.

get your hands on 100% pure medical Ethanol. It is the highest purity and proof.

However, in order to drink it and still be alive, you will need to dilute it atleast 3:1, to make it 33% alcohol in water.

We in Kuwait do it all the time. It tastes like spirit and is good when mixed with 7-UP

I would get everclear (depending on where you live 151 proof or 190 proof) and mix it with Ice, Sugar, and KoolAid to make Jungle Juice) .

Just remember though, hard alcohol and black outs go hand in hand so you might never remember your 21st if you go too hard

Barcardi 151 is 151 proof- like drinking gasoline. That's the highest name brand, but 190 proof is the highest physically obtainable.
Just be sure when you vomit, you do in the toilet.
