For media we each picked an object and had to find a way of selling it to a particular group of people e.g. Teenagers I was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas.

any good vegetarian salad recipes using mayonnaise as a dressing and that doesn't require too much time? normaly i mix canned vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beans etc) or pasta with something like mushrooms or beans. would like to try something different.

I was always a Heinz kind of girl, but have recently been tempted by the devil to trying Branston ketchup and it is soooo much nicer. So now I have a crisis of conscience. I feel I should be loyal to Heinz as this is what I was weaned on, but Branston is better - what think everyone else?

I have a sugar thermometer but no matter how long I let the mixture simmer, it never reached the right temperature (soft ball). So I turned the heat up and then it just burned the pan and I had to throw the whole lot away. Anyone suggest where I went wrong (apart from trying in the first place LOL!)

Seriously, I really need help. We're expecting our first baby, which is a true blessing, but unfortunately, I just couldn't afford to go to school combined with our household expenses. I can't afford to even apply for a student loan. This is for a good cause! Believe me!
