the label says sweet cream butter or sweet butter cream is the main ingredient ,but i can not find anyinfo on this.

This site will have that recipe. Also you can save yourself some time and buy some at the local Wal-mart superstore. They usually carry it ready-made in a jar.

There is a good recipe there on recipezaar. However sweet cream butter should be with the rest of the butter in your local grocery
