Here's a link I found:

It seems like this is a common problem for this machine.

Not the same model, but same company and it's a breadmaker. I'm having same issue too. I have an ABM2H60 that I got for $10, little did I know I'd have this issue.
*update - I joined the Yahoo Groups "Bread Machine" and they have a bunch of recipes and a few different manuals. Not the one you asked about, but a few different ones. You may want to join especially for the recipes! If you join check the "Files" on the left side of the bar and then scroll down to Welbilt.

Maybe you can try to contact the company. Does the machine have an 800 number printed on it? Otherwise, I'd just enter "Welbilt" into a search engine and see if the company has a web site and try to request a manual.

I need one also. I found the site : (highlight and put in address bar)
http://www.tritronicsinc.com/cgi-bin/onramp.exe?pgm=itemdet_cs.bbx&id=BM-9999-11&custnum=RETAIL&password=1159989850
but the cost is $9.50. I am trying to find a free online instruction manual. I will let you know if I find it.
