For lunch today I am having a salad with chives, avocado, tomato and a couple Quorn fillets. With a bit of mayo, or Pizza Express salad dressing. Yummy!

Mozarella and beef tomato is also great, topped with olive oil and vinegar dressing.

My mother-in-law used to make something she called marinade which consisted of diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions mixed with miracle whip and allowed to sit over night.
