Singles & Dating - 5 July 2007

I've been seeing this woman for the a few months and find her very polite and attractive. Likewise, she says I'm soft-spoken and finds me sexy when I smile. She works as a cocktail waitress at a nightclub. When we see each other, we talk for a short period, sometimes buy her a drink, and hug each other when stopping by or say goodbye. When we talk, she always says she misses me when I've been gone for a week or two. I wonder what she meant.

Recently she gave me her # and called a couple days later. She answered for a short moment and said she's busy and said she'll call back. Later that evening, she left a voice message because I missed her call.

Last weekend she went out of town to celebrate Independence Day so I decided not to call her. Today, I sent her a text message incase she's busy to answer her phone or packing home or keep busy. I left a voice message afterwards to make sure if she received the text.

Do I wait for her call? call back later? or call her tomorrow?

After I have sex with a guy I don't want him to see him anymore. It's not that I don't like them it's just like what's the point in continuing the relationship after I've had sex with him. Is this normal for a woman to behave this way?

meeting a man who will want to be with me. I know that i would have to be hosest about my situation and i know i can be with a man with out infecting him by being safe and not having sex when u have out breaks so i donno but i do know i dont want to be alone for something someone else did to me!

We've had some issues and decided Tuesday that we would take some time to decide where we want our relationship to go. Wednesday I wanted to be friends but still hang out and stuff. If things get better & he would want to try again then I would be all for it. Today all I can think about it how much I want to be with him and would totally regret not trying to work it out. I'm unsure about what he wants. I'm kinda thinking that he might want to work things out but I could be wrong. He's hard to read.

But I've never met anyone else that has as much in common with me and is so much like what I've always wanted. I don't want to be with anyone but him.

How can I get him to understand how much I want to be with him?

I' m a little confused because my bf of 3 yrs wants attention all the time and wants sex everyday. I feel we have a great sex life but it's not enough for him and the other day he says to me that if i really loved him that when I'm not "in the mood" , I should-would compromise.... when one person wants "it" and the other one don't what/how does someone compromise? I said to him by compromise do you mean to have sex even when you know i don't want it? his answer "yes". Am I crazy because we argued about that for a few days... during that time he maid the comment go screw someone else and i said be careful what you wish for because it's only a phone call away he said that would make you a HO... I said no having sex when I don't want to just prove I love someone would make me a HO. and to boot if someone is not in the mood it won't be any good because that person is just not into it at that time and it doesn't mean they love you any less. ok so a couple months ago a good friend and i started being friends with benefits...no one knew ( whole point) but then i wanted more and he didn't so i had to stop. OK i go out w/ this really nice guy and have been going out with him for about a year now, but him and my dad dont get along. b/c last year my dad saw some girl messing with him and that was all he saw he didnt see my boyfriend push her away or anything.all he saw was her messing w/ him and him starting to turn around b/f he did something did and have tried to tell him that ever since. my dad just doesnt want to listen to it he says that it is why he doesnt like him i dont belive that i think that he doesnt like him b/c he is Mexican and came from California! i dont see the problem with that its not like he does drugs, smokes, drinks, or is a gang so what is his big problem with it. My dad never had a problem with anyone other than him even when my ex cheated on me with one of my friends he had no problem! i dont understand it! if u can help me please help b/c i am so tired of my dad being like this!

I'm a stariaght A student and on the student council. I never got dentention and some people refer to me as popular. I like my life alot, exect for one of my closet friends Kelly. She always mocks me telling me I'm a stuck up and a teachers pet. Sometimes she'll call me a geek and Ms. Perfection. And sometimes she'll get so far I'm crying at recess. All my other friends say she's just jealous, but I think she is far from jealous with me. Kelly is a punk/goth/emo person. She wears black everyday, and she put these ugly red and yellow highlights in her beautiful light brown hair. She get's dentation everyday pratically because she is not obeying the school dress code most of the time. She has a couple of friends but not alot. It really hurts me a friend would be calling me this. I set a counsler appointed for both us to talk but when the counselour had to go to the bathroom she said "I can't believe this" and ditched the meeting! (countinue on notes)

I am 5'11 , and still growing i think... I really like this girl and I have for quite a while... we've been talking alot recently on the phone and on the internet and I think she likes me too (she said she liked me before she went out with her boyfriend and she flirts a bit)... I dont think her and her boyfriend are right for each other at all.. he bosses her about a bit and is very clingy and you can tell from some of the things she says that she doesnt like it... We've been planning to get together but lately I've been wondering if this is fair on him completely? We haven't said we're going to do anything but she's keeping it a secret etc. Plus we are all quite young so it's nothing hugely serious going on... Her boyfriend also has a major grudge on me, the dirty looks and "stay away from her" type you know... Anyways what do you think?

Talked to a girl online and when we met, I was late by 45 minutes because I live about an hour away from her, and I called her on the way out of town because I had forgotten to get gas. She was cool about it, and said no problem. Then, when I walked into the restaurant, I told her that she didn't look at all like her pictures, like I thought she did, and she said what do you mean? I said it's not in a bad way, it's actually better, and she told me that she thought I looked different but better.

But, the evening went straight downhill from there, and she didn't say much even though we had hit it off so well on the phone. I kept asking her if she was upset about the picture comment, and she said it just surprised her and made her think that I wasn't attracted to her since that was the first thing I said to her. She said she thought I was just saying that she looked better to be nice and save face, and that I was bullshitting. Then we went for a walk and then she was asking me if I was ready to go, and I just told her that I wanted to be friends. She said, See, I knew that you really weren't attracted, what is it about me you find so unattractive? Then she told me she thought it was wierd that my sister in law was still in contact with my exwife who cheated on me, and I have lousy taste in women. Why would she act like this?

i'm a 4.0 honors college student, graduating at age 20. i've always been the smart girl, the innocent girl. ive lived up to this role.

but i also like to think im pretty. i'm 5'6 112 pounds, dark brown hair, tan... i usually hide it behind a ponytail, sweatshirt, and a book. but i looked in front of the mirror and put on make up and got all "dolled up", and.. i'm pretty.

I want to start taking pole dancing classes. It's a beautiful art; it takes strength, beauty, and grace. But my friends and boyfriend don't support this. Why not? HOw can I convince them?
