Now your first mistake was taking him back time and time after he broke your heart. He knows that you can be vulnerable to take him back because of what has happened before, so he is going to try anything to get you back. My suggestion is just to make sure that it is fully known to him that you are no longer interested in him and that he should move on. Also make sure that you are not giving him mixed signals. Now if he keeps doing what he is doing and it gets to be physical, you would have to get a restraining order. But he should know that you and him are no more.

this guy who is 21 wants to keep you as a gf, when you turn 18.!!! why cant you leave guys alone until then? If you dont want that 21 year old dude when you turn 18 why dont you tell him then? there are words for girls like you....

listen if your dad told him to step off there's reason and it sound's like the ex. was an unhealthy relationship. move on and tell him to go fishing cause he had you and threw you back in to many times. tell him that he's the weakest link! lol
