How do i get the attention of a guy that doesn't look my way?

I only have two weeks to do this. I see him 5 days a week, but he doesn't look my way just good morning and good evening and sometimes compliment my dressing.

maybe he's gay, but I say you get a mini makeover and smell extra good. then find something to ask him and see if he bites the bait!!!
