Been knowing my BF for 2 years; officially been together for 6 months. I've asked him to go to BBQ, party, birtyday party, etc with me millions of times. He has truned me down EVERY SINGLE TIME. all of my friends and family know that I'm in a relationship, but they never get to see him. He's only met some ppl by accident. either he was at my place when they came, or he had to pick me up from somewhere and they were there. Even then, he's very distant and will say hi and rush me to leave. He says that he feels like I try to "show him off" but that is not the case. I just simply get tired of attending things and im the only person there without my bf. everyone always asks abt him. he just simply does not like to meet people and says that its not fun being in crowds. But he's fine being in crowds that he knows. when we go to his family's house, i do not sit in the car, i come inside. him on the other hand does not. What do i do? i'm tired of arguing abt this every other week!

After 2-3 casual dates, with limited intimacy (maybe a kiss goodnight), some men are all set to jump into a relationship with me, wanting to see me alot & meet their friends etc.The same scenario happens again & again. Of course I can think it is my charm & beauty...LOL.....but I am not that vain. (I also don't want a committed relationship at this stage of my life, & I make it known up front.) Is this a sign of a very needy person? A guy thing? I have found it better to just not respond to the phone calls, instead of being honest & telling them I am not interested beyond friendship.. because when I am honest, their ego is so bruised, they insult me & it makes me feel like a bad person.......why should I feel this way, just because they don't interest me? How would it best be handled?

what did i do wrong please tell me!!! VERY UPSET!
PLEASE READ!!!

My girlfriend and I were supposed to hang out Friday night. We had planned this a week in advance! She phoned me Thursday night and said her best guy friend just got home from college and she would like to see him Friday and asked if her and I could reschedule on Saturday.

I got a bit upset and said no we had plans for Friday night you aren't going to do that to me. I also told her that I had a party to go to Saturday...my brother is graduating college and his frat. was having a huge party. So i wanted to go. She said that was fine and she would just make plans with her friend from college on Saturday since i would not be around.

Well, Friday around 2:30 I saw my good friend Eddie and Eddie was having a house party Friday night I don't hang out with Eddie all that much he's my boy. And Saturday was off because my brother did not want me there

Is it a good sign that a guy likes you if he is more quiet around you than most people like his voice is softer and more quieter than usual when he talks to you. Also, if while he's talking to you and he has this little smile while he's talking is that good? Also, if there's a long pause in a conversation he says something like "Man I'm hungry" to keep it from going dead. Also, is it a good sign if he lets you give him a hug from the side and he doesn't back away or anything. Thanks 10 pts for best.

I've just started seeing a bloke. I'm married (unhappily) the same with him. We met Thursday afternoon and had an amazing few hours together. He's asked me to be his mistress. He is desperatly inlove with her as I am inlove with him. She left him 2 years ago becouse he was unfaithfull (!!). After she left him and married somebody else, he realized she meant everything to him and now he can't get over her. I tried being his friend and I ended up in falling for him so hard it hurts. What should I do? I kissed him and he realized how I truly felt for him and now he doesn't even want to talk to me as he thinks I betrayed him. i don't know what to do.

last weekend, and the language that followed. The force of his language scared me, and reinforced the safety issue of my daughter with him. Yet, that night he stayed and slept in her bedroom with him. Does she not see where her future is going? Is she afraid of what he might do? Has he already control over her? Do I step in and say something...........or do I wait and see if she will do this on her own.

I have , after last weekend told her that I am here if she would like talk with me. I told her that I love her very much and I want her to be happy.

me and my ex split about 2 months ago because i couldnt cope with a death in the family and unfortunately i made a bad decision to break up. she still loves me. shes told me that. she has also said if/when she breaks up with him, we would go back out again. she s kept some important things ive given her. the other stuff she has given back to me to hold onto because one day she "wants to make a scrapbook of all the times we had together." to complicate things. we work next door to each other and her current boyfriend work at the same place. i bought a promise ring for her but i never got the chance to give it to her because of what went down. i love this girl very much and she loves me and i want to marry this girl one day. im better now and an even better person. how can i get us back together now? what steps can i take because i definitely do not want to move on at all. she is absolutely great. the whole package. please help.

I've always been a pretty shy guy, but still have never had much of a problem with girls, until recently. Had several gfs (who came up to me) in hs and college but now I'm out in the "real" world and that is not happening anymore. Am I just in a "slump" or do I have to learn to start approaching women now in clubs and bars (dating scene)? Any advice.
