Well if you want to fatten him up the healthy way , make him eat carbohydrates everyday ( ex : rice , spaghetti , --- whole wheat --- bread ) , possibly every meal ( with really big proportions , because the body will store the extra unused '' energy '' as fat , but not too much , for more information consult a physician --- about the ideal weight , exactly how much should he '' put on '' , etc --- ) .

Then you can put him on a '' muscle growth program '' ...

You could just start acting like a married couple and cook for him every night!! That did it for my husband!! Seriously, you could go to GNC and get some weigh training stuff that you could add to his drinks or food and the weight would pile on. I dont suggest doing this without his permission though. If you have to hide it from him, he obviouslly is happy with his skinny self and doesnt want to gain weight. TELL ME you arent doing this to get him fat and keep him!! Or to get even for something. That would just be so wrong on so many levels. SMART THINKING THOUGH for the scorned woman out there!!

fatten him up with ice cream pasta fast food and every unhealthy thing if you want him to get a heart attack, ED or other problems. he's like me and i have a very fast metabolism. 5.9 and 12X lbs (126 i think). anyways just get him to eat more proteins and carbs and exercise more. if he eats healthier and works out he will gain muscle and loose fat. you want a skinny boyfriend, boyfriend that can't 'perform", or mr muscles?

ps: mr. muscles HAHAHA. but hopefully you get my point

Go out to eat and give some of your extra (not to much) and insist that he eat it becaus you do not want to waste it. You know 1,352.6 homeless starving people in just this town. But chances are he still will not. Look at his parents and see what he will become like in the future.

Lol, my bf is like that... well technically, I'm not going out with him yet, but we like eachother but decided to stay friends instead.

If he plays football, usually those guys stuff their faces. If not, tell him,"Hey, you should try this new thing where you eat certain food, and it gives you a lot of muscle..." And tell him what to eat.

If you are this far along in your relationship...invite him to your parents for supper. Have your mom cook lots of fattening foods that way he will feel bad if he doesnt eat them :) lol

well first dont try and sneak it by him...but a good way to put on weight is to eat high calorie food before he goes to sleep...this works becuase your metabolism slows down greatly so the calorie wont get burned so hell add wieght...

Bake him lots of goodies -- cookies, cakes, muffins.
If you go out to eat, don't finish all of your food and then offer it to him.
Have plenty of meals together so you know that he's eating and how much he's eating.
