I am 22. I am still "waiting". I hope that my husband to be is too. Why is this so unbelievable, or worse yet, seen as being the exception instead of the norm?

I asked this already, but I want more input. I have been in a relationship for 10 month. This guy was my first boyfriend everything. 5 months into dating and a month before making our relationship official I slept with someone else. Should I tell him or keep it a secret??? Please don't criticize me!!!Thanks for you input!!!

I have dated this one girl twice, and I walk with her on our way to some of our classes (in high school). But I'm not so sure if I want to get serious (bf/gf stuff). I like to keep my options open, ya know? But she is a good girl that I enjoy being with, and I don't really want to lose her. But I don't fully know whether or not she likes me enough and if I would be wasting my time with her and it not going anywhere. Should I stop focusing all my attention on her and date whatever girl comes along? Would that make me a player?

she says she heard a lot about me from friends and we go on these long stares for like a minute and she gave me a nickname and told me she loved me the next weekend

Okay, my girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday at the bar. When we got home she told me over and over again how much she loved me and that she was sorry that she didn't tell me enough. She is not a very affectionate person, but I am. Then two weeks later she said that she couldn't be with me anymore because she felt that I deserved somebody who was truly going to love me the way that I deserved to be loved. Does that mean that she doesn't love me or that we were better off as friends? I mean she has broken all contact with me but I just feel like I'm missing out on something. Don't we say things that we are truly feeling when we are drunk? If that's the case then why would she tell me that she loved me so much and then dump me?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for a month and we have known each other for a year. We spend a lot of time together and I have fallen for him hard. He tells me he loves me. I am waiting for marriage and he knows this. He has had sex before and he respects the fact that I want to wait. The other night things got out of hand and he started to move my hand down towards his "area" and he started to "dry hump" me. Afterwards I felt bad and then he felt bad seeing as how I felt. He has told me that he honestly wants to have sex, because he is a male, but because he loves me he doesn't want to have sex until I am ready (obviously that would be marriage). Is it unfair for me to expect or hope that he will wait for me? Honest opinions much appreciated. Thanks!

My ex an I had a mutual break up. He brought it up the " Im not ready for a serious relationship" break up. I agree with him. I felt he wasnt. But at the same time he told me he didnt want to lose me. So we agreed to stay friends and date. When we were going out, he would always call me or text me around 3pm. The usual.... how are you? I hope your having a great day...and our conversations would last about 8 minutes 10 max. After the "break up" He text me early in the day around 9am. " Hey! Rise and shine I hope your having a great day sweetie. Talk to you later.." I was suprised. Then he calls me later and we spend over a half hour talking. Why? Why are we having a better relationship after the break up and it feels a though we are still together. What do you think is going on in hes head???

I went to school and fell in love with Brett. Now I have moved 3000 miles away to attend the school of my dreams. Brett and I didn't think long distance was for us, but we have seen eachother a few times since, and each time fell more and more in love. Now it is absolutly heart breaking everytime we seperate. The Problem is, we don't want to do a long distance relationship because we don't think we can make it work, yet we are not really single either because if we were to date anyone else, it would be heartbreaking. Does anyone have an suggestions on how to solve this problem?

I have known him for about 4 yrs. There has always been an attraction b/w us but he was in a relationship. That relationship ended over 1 1/2 yrs ago. We began dating in October and became engaged in December. We plan on getting married July of 2008. Am I crazy or does love at 1st sight really exist?

if a guy likes you...he wont IM you or text you on his own? You have to start the conversation first....

but if you see him around, he'll say hi back like its no big deal?

Ok, I went out with this girl I really like, even though it took me a couple months to build enough courage to ask her out. Well, we went out a couple weeks ago, and it seemed she had a good time. But here's the thing while at the movies, when she was leaning on me she kept looking up at me, so I had a feeling she wanted me to kiss her so I did. And we kissed here and there throughout the night. but I somthin is bothering her about going on a second date alone with me. Long story short, her friend told me that she said things are moving to fast and that we really dont know each other, even though I believe she made the first move.So to make her feel comfortable I told her lets go to sixflags with her friends next week,so it would take some pressure off her. But do you guys think its ok to hold her hand at least, or is that still moving to fast. And When she says things are moving to fast where are the boundaries between fast and not so fast.

He broke up with me among other reasons because of the distance; I'm in New York; he's in Tokyo. We started dating in Tokyo, then I had to move to NY last Sep and we dated long dist. The break up was not mutual, but it was open ended, in that he did not completely rule out the possibility of getting back together once I moved back to Tokyo. I'm moving back to Tokyo to start work there in April; he doesn't know that yet. I should add that another major reason for breaking up was that he did not feel good enough for me due to his educational background, etc, a point of great frustration for me because I don't share in his opinion. He said he could not marry me because he could not make me happy, because he does not and could not have a proper, decent job. I wouldn't mind providing for him, and letting him do what he likes, but he doesn't like such a situation. Now he is being sincere, and I think this makes him even more difficult to read. When we were breaking up, he said his feelings
