I have dated this one girl twice, and I walk with her on our way to some of our classes (in high school). But I'm not so sure if I want to get serious (bf/gf stuff). I like to keep my options open, ya know? But she is a good girl that I enjoy being with, and I don't really want to lose her. But I don't fully know whether or not she likes me enough and if I would be wasting my time with her and it not going anywhere. Should I stop focusing all my attention on her and date whatever girl comes along? Would that make me a player?

First of all, how old are you? Maybe you should just concentrate of being friends first. You don't have to have a girlfriend to be a whole person. If you like her company then see her but it doesn't mean you can't talk to other girls. If she is wanting to get serious then you need to talk to her about how you are feeling. I don't think you are a player either as I don't think a player would care about the other persons feelings.

A player doesnt give a damn what the opposite sex thinks or feels.
A player is out to get his or her own satisfaction, and usually has many members of the opposit sex at their fingertips.
A player "runs game" lies, manipulates and cheats all over the place.
Sounds like you're just in the dating scene and haven't made any commitments. You're in high school, you have plenty of time before taking on a ball and chain !!!

no I think you're dating. You can date more than one person, if you pick one and she picks you back that's a GF/BF thing.

A player is a person who tries to date as many as possible, like they have low self esteem and need to know that all these chicks dig on them and they really don't care about the girls at all. A player will hit on most any chick. That doesn't seem like what you're doing.

Good luck, playa! (just kiddin) ;)

No, you're not a player. If this girl doesn't like you in the same way there's no reason not to date around and not focus on her. In fact, that's what you should be doing if she doesn't like you 'like that'. Focus only the attention needed to remain her friend but try dating others. If you do and she acts upset, you will know she cares. Otherwise, it was meant to be that you should move on.

lord almighty....A player is cheap because he wants his women to pay for everything, has a love of women (and sleeping with them) without any emotional attachments and doesn't ask "what makes me a player?"
