I would tell all the people I loved that I loved them, thank them, and try to spend it with the person I loved. I would write down a goodbye essay, if I was mentally up to it. But I hope you are just asking this as a hypothetical question and aren't in such a situation!

Probably have a heart attack when I found I had only one day left to live. I get nervous like that.
If I didn't have the heart attack I'd probably watch McGyver reruns all day.
