Well, this is a very classic dilemma. If a girl says she loves you, it all depends. Try to find out from friends, but don't obsess over it. But what I suggest you to do is ask her and if she really loves you, she would tell you the truth.

The easiest is of course to ask her or hint it in a way to ask her. But other than that, you can wait a bit to see if true feelings really come out of her and you then you can really decide if she likes you or not. It's a feeling you should have if she likes you or not .
