im getting a tattoo in 2 weeks and mt bf coming with me as he wants to ask the tattooist some quetsions. he said he wants to pay for it should i let him or not coz if we break up i have a reminder of him on me forever

hai well u c i kindah have a feeling for one of my friend. like last year but i didnt tell him.then i have another friend that is very close to me who was always there 4 me. as time goes by i know i fall in love wit the friend who is always with me.but the problem is i called him brother. and its just very hard to.not only that he is 8 years elder than me.i also feel he likes mebut its hard.but i really do like this guy... i know he is the one. i need a serious advice here.. plz help....

I've been dating my girlfriend for nearly two years. I'd known her for 8 months before we started dating and she's my best friend as well as my girlfriend. We've had distance between us before - we spent almost four months apart in 2005 but stayed together as a couple and it wasn't a problem and was well worth it.
Now, we've both had to go on study abroad programs and will be apart for around 5 months, although we're only an hour's flight/7 hour train ride away from each other.
The first week was fine, then after a week she called out of the blue & said she wanted a break until we got back home. I was devastated but there's not much I can do.
I asked her if she's been with anyone and she said there's a guy she lives with that she's been seeing. When I asked if she'd slept with him she didn't answer. I would never think she would sleep with another guy so quickly but she's been acting differently, drinking and taking drugs since she arrived so I don't know.
What should I do?

There this guy I like alot and we're great friends and can talk about anything and everything, we even live next door to each other, anyways, his girlfriend of 4 years died 3 years ago, he hasnt dated anyone else since and is still very upset daily over it,...he gives signs that hes interested in me like that, but i think he feels almost guilty, its like we both like each other but his gf is preventing us both from pursuing anything (she really was a great fantastic woman, I only knew her in passing, but from what he says..wow..she was great) Anyways, should i pursue it w/ him? I mean its been 3 years, right?..or is that being completely insensitive? I dont think he'll ever pursue it, because he still feels he has to be loyal to her ( and i completely understand that)..but hes 24, he has to move on, right? Its like 1/2 of him wants to move on and the other 1/2 feels like if he moves on then shes really gone.

I didnt realise this was a major problem, until she broke up with me two weeks ago. I love her to death and im completely devastated. She was my 1st ever gf and we have been together since high school. I understand she needs space, but i dont want to lose her without a fight. I have been told if i proposed to her 2 or 3 months ago she would have said yes.

I really dont understand how she can go from wanting to spend the rest of her life with me to not wanting me at all now!!

Please help me with some decent advice, should i give her space or should i keep persisting, what would you girls want????

I'm talking about the type of attraction in which you see someone for the VERY first time and you're immediately blown away. Just blown away. And to add to that, the other person is blown away by you, too, as if both of you have this "It". And your life is never the same. Is that rare in a lifetime?

I ran into my ex in a bar last week. We were only together for a few months but it was intense and I really liked him. He'd only been single for a couple of months when we met. He kind of ended things in January and I realised I had been his rebound, but at the same time I felt he was making himself pull away from me because he didn't want to get so involved with someone else so soon.

Anyway, I saw him in this bar and we chatted like old times. I could tell by the way he looked at me that he still likes me, and obviously I still like him! Later on in the night he came over to me again and asked me to get in touch with him.

Later that week, I sent him a friendly text to see how he was but he hasn't replied. He's a nice guy by the way, and I know his confidence really suffered after the break up of his last relationship. I just can't believe he's not replied!! I'm 26, he's 27 so we're not kids!! What's going on?

Let's admit one fact, most men would drag in any nice looking chick in to a public bathroom and "do it" without remorse. Why are women different in this matter, i think the world would be a greater place if women also is more easy going. I hate the "ritual" with flowers, dinners, lying to her how qute and smart she is just to get her where i think she belongs, on her back or knees.

He broke up with me among other reasons because of the distance; I'm in New York; he's in Tokyo. We started dating in Tokyo, then I had to move to NY last Sep and we dated long dist. The break up was not mutual, but it was open ended, in that he did not completely rule out the possibility of getting back together once I moved back to Tokyo. I'm moving back to Tokyo to start work there in April; he doesn't know that yet. I should add that another major reason for breaking up was that he did not feel good enough for me due to his educational background, etc, a point of great frustration for me because I don't share in his opinion. He said he could not marry me because he could not make me happy, because he does not and could not have a proper, decent job. I wouldn't mind providing for him, and letting him do what he likes, but he doesn't like such a situation. Now he is being sincere, and I think this makes him even more difficult to read. Ive been seeing a gal naw for four months.... we were talkin away last night about the summer holidays.. and what we wanted to do..etc etc... and she asked me if i wanted to go on hols with her, in august (she goes to this place every year) august is 5-6 months away... is she seeing me as a possible long term.?

I am finding hard to make plans that far in advance B/C i dont know what she wants...? can i start making more long term plans with her naw..? like booking tickets to go see bands, that are playing a few months away.. ect..?!?!

Ok I'll keep this brief and to the point. I started speaking to a girl after she messaged me on an online dating site. I will profess to not being brilliant with women otherwise I wouldn't be on there. We then started chatting on MSN before progressing to texting and finally phoning each other every day. We had even arranged to meet up this weekend only for her to call it off at the last minute saying she had childcare issues. She has stopped texting me now and when I went to phone earlier I found that she had gone out and her brother was babysitting. In light of thisI am ready to give this up as a bad job although will admit to being very disappointed. I'm taking it that I've interpreted her signals or lack of them correctly. Just looking for other people's opinions really?
