My boyfriend and I have had the perfect relationship for the last 2 yrs. I found out last Sept. that he was texting 2 other girls. He said it was like a mid-life crisis, he wanted to see if he still had it, that the attention gave him an ego boost but he knew he would never pursue it. After a lot of talking, i gave him the benefit of the doubt. If it happens again in any way, shape or form it is over. He used to make me feel safe, confident and loved unconditionally and now I almost feel like I need other people to fulfill that for me because he crushed my ego and I wonder why he had to look outside this relationship and what that whole texting thing did for him, i need to understand to resolve this. In Dec. he proposed in front of his whole family..it was very romantic and sweet. We are engaged now and I love him but this issue still haunts me...I am scared it is still going on, chatting,im ,texting, trading emails. It may not be but if it is..I want to know before the wedding. help?

Hi there all,
My younger b/f of 10 years (he`s 26,I`m 36) is saying he would like kids,yet knows I can not.
We have talked about this,and he says he wishes he could have his own children.
I honestly think he has been looking for someone else.
We live together,and he says he loves me,yet when we talked about breaking up,he said he would feel as if hes abandoning me.
Am I jsut having insecurities,or is this something to really be concerned with.
Let me also add,he phones me everyday and helps out around the house.

Well I met this really nice guy at the weekend, on a school trip, we spent the weekend together (didnt do anything, just flirted and talked) and at the end of the trip (saturday) he took me aside and asked for my number sayind "we should do something sometime" he told me twice that he would call me, and when i said goodbye he said "see you soon". We got on really well and stuff. Well its now Tuesday, and he hasnt called yet. Should I give up or is he just slow? I really had the feeling he liked me... :-(

I have been seeing this girl for more than 2 months now and we just became friends. I had a girlfriend when i met her and she had a bf. Now a month and a half ago i broke up with mine and the same weekend she broke up with hers. We have become really good friends since, we have the same things in common and such. She does admit to having feelings for her ex and i do the same seeing how it was not to long ago but we both agreed that we need to move on. Now i think she likes me and i know i like her but i dont want to ask just in case she gets weird or she changes her views. It seems like she wants to see me more and i talk to her at least once a day. As time has gone by i have seen more and more of her and we have been on 2 "friend" dates.
Also she wants to go away on a vacation in the summer and wants to start getting it together now. I know its a sudden thing but i wanted to do somthing crazy for once so i agreed.Could this be a sign that she likes me or just a friend thing?

I met this girl about 4 years ago and went to visit her in Holland a few times.We kissed and it was awesome,it was the best moment in my life.I have been thinking about her for the last 4 years and we have been in contact via e-mail every now and again.I am writing an e-mail to her now telling her how I feel and letting her know that it's not my intention to make her feel uncomfortable but that I think she should know how much I like her.

so my now ex boy friend and i were together for 4 months on valentines day but on the day before valentines day he LIED to me 3 different times on why he couldn't see me on valentines day when he ended up hanging out with his buddies. so i didn't talk to him that whole day but he didn't even try talking to me until 2:00 (we go to different schools but we always txt each other during school) then i told him i was upset with him and he said well when you want to talk let me know. so the next day i txt him say hey and he didn't text back so then i asked him if he was giving me the silent treatment and he said no i just don't know what to say to you then he text me again saying he wanted a break but he didn't say why....he wont even talk to me and i don't know why...he wont answer anyones calls...not just mine...and he wont tell anyone what happened between us (i wont either because I DONT KNOW!!) i just need to know if him and i are completely done or if he'll come around and talk to me

i started dating my boyfriend in early january. he's told me he loves me, and i can tell he really does ( i hope). and when he first told me, i just said "you too", not to make him feel bad. but then i told him that i really like him, but need more time to love him. he respected that. later on i finally did fall in love with him...i thought. i'm still not so sure. i mean, i think i love him, but i still think i need more time. i still want to be with him though. some people fall in love easier and quicker than others right?
