Tell him how you feel and think about him, but don't be over- flirtatious. If he's not interested in you, back off, you can't make someone like you. However, if he is just be honest and open with him, don't try to impress him with little white lies.

You make eye contact with him while talking to others, hold the eye contact and a smile for a few minutes then break it. Even let him see you laugh. Wait a few seconds then approach him, introduce yourself if you don't know him already then give him a compliment on something he's wearing, his cologne or even his eyes. Then start asking questions.....but not personal questions

You can look at the guy and comment on something about him shirt shoes or hair cut and say it is cute. Follow with where you can get some for your.........am sure you won't like to stop there because that will kick start your conversation. goodluck
