I was over 200 lbs after my 3rd baby, and size 18 pants. UGH, so I started doing taebo everyday and cut down on my portions until I got to 180 lbs, then I started running. It started at about 1/2 mile, then over a month or two I gradually worked my way up to running 4 miles. I ran 4 miles every other day consistently. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted, but was careful to not over eat anything, especially sweets or fats. Sticking with this pattern I lost all my weight within 9 months and my final weight was 130 lbs and size 6 pants. I've maintained that weight for 4 years now give or take a few pounds.
Good luck. You can do it.

I have lost 106 pounds. It took me just over a year to lose it. I joined a gym and followed an exercise program they wrote for me and eventually joined some classes too. I followed the Zone Diet by Joyce and Gene Daoust (I don't like the one from Dr. Sears). It was easy to follow and I stayed full! I have kept the weight off for well over a year now and really enjoy going to the gym. Don't get me wrong I still eat junk food here and there, you need to or you are going to binge. If you put your mind to it you can do it! Shoot if I can do it anyone can!
I did not take supliments/diet pills/surgerys nothing! All me. Good luck!

I'm currently in a life changing weight control program. Not a DIET! My doctor told me that losing weight is not some complicated thing. Its fairly easy, if you have motivation. Basically, you need to exercises. You can eat as much as you want as long as you work off the calories you eat. So if you want to lose weight real fast, take in minimal calories and exercises alot. Once you get to your goal weight just exercise enough to burn off what you eat. So if you want that chocolate cake, or cheese cake in my case. Go ahead and have it. Just add more time to your exercise. I've lost over 30 pounds in the last 5 months and hope to lose an additional 30. And I still got to enjoy holiday favorites.....

lost 40 lbs 2 yrs ago and have kept it off
all i did was
drink plenty of water throughout the day to speed up my metabolism
and stopped drinking 2 cans of soda a day
soda can really pack on the lbs which i never realized could cause so much weight gain
i also do not eat fried foods
it took me about 10 months to lose the weight and i have never gained it back
that is all

i went from 215 lbs down to 175 lbs this took about 5-6 months after my first son, with daily walks and running 3 miles every other day.
after my second son i went from 200 lbs down to 165 lbs, this took about 7-8 months to take this weight off. He was born in Nov. so i had the winter months to contend with and it took a little longer to see the weight come off, darn ice, don't run on ice, it's not safe.
also running every other day when possible, but i added jumping rope, and working out for a half hour every day on a heavy bag.
Eating health, limiting fat, and refined sugar consumption.
lots of fruits and veggies, low fat proteins, low fat dairy etc. Expecting my third son any day now, after getting a thumbs up from the doc., i plan on walking daily and doing the boxers workout (double end ball, heavy bag, medicine ball, jumping rope etc) again to take the baby weight off and get my figure back just in time for the summer.
Good Luck and Blessings!
