Well I met this really nice guy at the weekend, on a school trip, we spent the weekend together (didnt do anything, just flirted and talked) and at the end of the trip (saturday) he took me aside and asked for my number sayind "we should do something sometime" he told me twice that he would call me, and when i said goodbye he said "see you soon". We got on really well and stuff. Well its now Tuesday, and he hasnt called yet. Should I give up or is he just slow? I really had the feeling he liked me... :-(

The only reason im worrying is cause i really like him... normally with guys I dont worry and dont count how long it takes them to call

send him a text saying hi and how ya doin. nothing else, just friendly, put the ball in his court. he may have lost your number or taken it down wrong

I don't mean to be harsh give it a while longer. You may have scared him.
You may seem just a bit to clinging.
He may like really you, give it a week or so that's about a fair time for a guy to call back as he doesn't necessarily have tons of money for dating as much as he would like to.
It may not have a thing to do about you.
Maybe he was going out with someone before he met you and he rations his time and money.

Okay ladies let me help you out. I am a guy so I know this.....Guys are dumb! If you are really worried about it give them a call. Sometimes guys dont eve nsee whats really going on, no matter how obvious you think you have made it. Also he may just be nervous about calling you, it happens.

for a guy its not easy working out how long you should leave it before calling.
call to soon and you can be seen as to needy or desperate.
leave it to long and you could be seen as to laid back or uncaring.
but most guys tend to call with in 2 days but this doesn't mean he ain't going to call you.
give him another day or 2 and if still no call then its time to move on.

Give it until the end of the week. You make out that he sounds confident, so it may be because he is busy. He should be calling you anytime today or tomorrow.

Give it a week and then call him. But don't come accross all desperate or clingly when he does call or you call him. Be cool and make him work for it.
