We went out for dinner one night and got along just great. We were both looking for long term relationships. The next night, she invited me to her coworkers' party and then we went to a hockey game and had some drinks. It was a lot of fun and then after we went to my place to watch a movie. She immediately started wanting to fool around. I'm much more "reformed" now than I used to be, so this made me a little uncomfortable (I like to take things slow now), so I wasn't totally in to it but still went a long. We did basically everything except sex. I was doing all kinds of stuff to her, but I couldn't get her off. I'm usually very good and have a little to much experience. She couldn't get me off either though. We had a really long day together, had been drinking a while, and were both pretty exhausted. We finally decided to sleep, and then after a while she got up, got dressed and decided to head back to her place. We haven't spoken since. What's going on here? Should I text her?

i have been divorced now for six months and have decided on seeing somone. i am also the proud dad of twin five yr old boys. i have been seeing this girl now for two months and she keeps insisting that me, my boys her and her son get together and start to get to know one another...iam soooo not ready for this....my gut tells me that my boys have a mom and i just dont feel like its time yet...she is losing patience and iam about at my wits end...these kids have gone through enough already and the last thing i need to do is to add more confusion ontop of it...can someone tell me if they have been through this before, or should i just go with the flow? and YES, i have told her how i feel, but she thinks its not a big deal

I'm talking 2 this guy and his friend named Jasmine keeps trying 2 make me jealous by hacking into his facebook account and adding comments onto her page pretending it's from him saying "hey baby" 2 her and she does that same thing on her facebook 2 him. he hasn't been in his facebook i know 4 a fact and i found out through a 3rd person she hates me...and she has a bf that she luvs and doesn't want 2 lose! why does she hate me??

I met a guy 2 months ago, we went on a date and then he went to another city for his work. we kept in touch and we called each other every two weeks or so, we weren't in any serious relationship but we both liked each other so he said anytime he's in town he'll call me which he did 3 weeks ago and I couldn't see him so I asked him to come again soon and last weekend he called me I was at a family gathering and I couldnt really talk so I told him I'll call back. but when I called him the next day he rejected my both my calls.i dont understand if he didnt want to see me whay did he called me the night before? what does this mean and why did he rejected my calls? and I havent heard from him since that day which was 3 day ago, help me what should I do? should I call him again?

I like this guy, and he likes me back.
so many things are stopping us from going out though;

he just broke up with his girlfriend
and my ex-boyfriend still likes me so much however, he is my best friend and I couldn't bare it if he was mad at me.

how can I go out with this guy without making 3724 people mad at us!

My boyfriend broke up with me and everything seemed perfect before....and the reason he said he broke up with me was because he said it was too fast..and that he had to know me for awhile and he said he had only known me for a few weeks...do u think there's a chance we might get back together...later..and tell me the honest truth...but he seems like he stil likes me now tho..

Here's the deal..I've been off again on again with my boyfried for 3 years, due to the fact that he is in the Navy. It has been a hard adjustment, but we are working on things. Anyway, the longest we went being not together was about 3 months, during that time I had sex with one of my guy friends, I started to really like him, but he just wanted to be friends w/benefits...so it stayed that way...well now my ex and I are getting back together and trying to make it work again, and my friend w/benefits all of a sudden wants a relationship with me!!! I finished with a guy who was messing me around and I think using me to get over his ex. I now feel low. I wanted to walk away with dignity but didn't expect to feel this sad a couple of days after. Maybe it has something to do with Christmas on its way. I was kind but firm and told him I deserve more but wish him all the best. He is full of apologies but he was last time and the time before. His actions don't back up these apologies. I don't want to give him a third chance as I gave him 2 already. He was being unreliable after only a few weeks. I know I deserve more but it still feels horrible. Any ideas..... thanks to you all!

I'm 23 years old and, despite my best attempts, have not been able to find a girl willing to go out with me in over eighteen months. Furthermore, prior to this, only one girl has ever found me to be worthy of becoming more then just good friends.

Having read many books on the topic, and attempted to do everything possible to get a girl to like me, I'm starting to suspect that the source of my failing lies elsewhere. While it doesn't bother me, I was born with a condition called "Cauliflower Ear" where the ear, in my case my right ear, forms as a shriveled nub. In order to allow me to hear, this nub had to be amputated, leaving me with a small hold and no ear [prosthetics aren't covered under insurance].

I'm starting to suspect that evolution has trained women to identify individuals with obvious genetic defects, such as myself, and to ignore us.

While such a trait would ensure the health of humanity, it ensures that people like myself remain alone.

Is this true???

i don't know if its just me or not.. maybe i haven't had enough relationships to actually be a judge of this.. but it seems to me that some people can't be single.. they are in a relationship.. leave that one and jump right into the next one.. and so on and so..

they havent' had much time to be "single" and to learn more about themselves...

do you enjoy the single life.. ? what are you favorite parts about it..? what do you hate? why do you suppose people have to have a never ending stream of relationships without learning more about themselves?

Okay, I've been talking to, texting, and calling this girl at my school who I like for about 2 weeks now. I told her I liked her about 2 weeks ago and she said she'd like to get to know me better as well. We were supposed to go out last Friday, but the plans fell through. She told me she wants to hang out in groups before we do any "one on one" stuff. I really want to begin a relationship with her, but I don't know how to turn the conversation down that path.

*Ok,I stole this question from a guy but am curious to know what people think from the girls perspective...
"Sometimes I get a bit frustrated that my partner doesn't have a very high sex drive. I KNOW that sex isn't everything but it should at least be something. The only problem is that I just want it all the time and not even all the time but maybe 2 or 3 times a week...?? I'm 20 and he's 24; we've been together for almost a year. I know it's annoying to him and anytime I suggest it i get an "oh great" attitude so we don't do anything. It's just really frustrating for me, because I know he spends ALOT of time on his laptop looking at "stuff" and yet we never do anything. He said once that i was too easy.. but when I can get it I wanna take it, right? I have MANY appealing features and he always says he's lucky and I am SO HOT! I LOVE to try new things... but i've noticed lately that we only do anything when he's been drinking so then I start to second guess what he thinks of ME.

If your best friend no longer wanted to be your friend, would you want to know why? Or would you just accept that it was their decission and let them go?

My best friend is a girl, who I am in love with, and I know that she loves me too. We had a small falling out, and during that time she got married, but now, all on her part, she is wanting to hang out again with me. Seeing her, and being around her is just to hard knowing that I cannot let her know how I feel. She ahs apparently moved on, but I have not. So rather than continue to see her and suffer my heartache, I am going to tell her that at least for a while we cannot see eachother. But I know that she is goign to ask "why", so do I tell her? Do I tell ehr that I still love her and that I cannot stop thinking about her? Or shoudl I just say I have some things to deal with and that I will still keep in touch?

Just wondering what all of you think? Thanx for your advice!

We have been together 4 months...already fell in love...both in our mid 20's. Her birthday is so close to Christmas that im having trouble deciding what to get her. I was thinking I would treat her to dinner and a show for her birthday. I bought tickets to the Trans Siberian Orchestra. The show is on her actual birthday so it works perfect except for the dinner. She eats dinner every year with her family on her birthday. So should I just tell her we do the dinner another time or do I buy her some earings or something else to go along with the show? For christmas I have a bunch of small thoughtful ideas, and I also plan on getting her a silver lockit with a pic of us together in it. I need ideas, comments, and suggestions here. Thanks people!
