Just be straight with her and ask her if she wants to be your **** buddy . you will probablly find she is gagging for it and if you dont ask her someone else might .

If you want her to stay as a friend, and nothing more, just tell her straight. Tell her "Babes, I'm currently not looking for a relationship, but I'm very attracted to you, and want you very much. How do you think about me?"
If she wants you too, she would agree to have a casual relationship with you...including what you want!
The last thing u want is to hurt her, so just be straight with her. If you just want to shag her and you won't be interested seeing her after that, well, you don't have to say the first line.

such as small thaghtful gifts or chivalrest acts like pulling the chair out opening the door showing a nice even somwhat of a sharp wit humor can put a girl in the mood too gentle touches and suttle sexual enuendo
or just grab your entended (only if you and she are already romantic) and give her a hard possionate kiss the kind that movies are built around, one that makes her grab your head and pulls you closer

i would not like to be 'approached' for sex. period! but if she's that type of girl, then you should start by def. flirting with her. Then say it straight out and see how she reacts...
