Singles & Dating - 13 November 2006

I've known this girl for about a month now. We've been going out and she seems to enjoy it every time. When I tell her a joke she laughs and lightly hits me if I'm teasing her a bit, and smiles. She always returns my calls and she even asked me to go to her sisters 16th party... "just so she's not alone". She also asked ME out for once (clearly, she likes me from this description right?).
Now she is starting to become distant. I call her sometimes, but during these calls she doesn't seem like she's into me anymore. I met up with her again once, she still touches me when i joke around and laughs, but not as engaged as before and her tone changed slightly.

Advice?

I broke up with my ex this summer. we dated for about 4 yrs. my birthday is on the 19th. He wants to buy me roses and jewely and stuff like that but i dont feel like it would be right accepting these gifts from him. He also wnats to come visit me. i recently moved from oklahoma to minnesota about 4 months ago. Also i dont think my boyfriend would like it too much. what should i do?

My gf is awesome. I love her completely (and we are both out of college) but both of us have only had a couple of serious relationships. Ours was so fantastic to start off with, went great for a few months, then she started getting distant. We talked about it and she said it always went like this w/ her relationships. It's not going to end like that this time if I have anything to say about it. She's too great to let go. Anyways, during the talk, she said she had been to a counselor before, but never stuck w/ it. Obviously, I assume this has something to do w/ our present situation, namely her reluctance to commit to us. Can I ask what she saw the counsellor for? How do I bring it back up?

I have been best friends with this guy nick for 6 years. He just recently started to show feelings for me and I have had them from since i met him. His mother really adores me and so does his siblings and friends! My neighbor and best friend who knows absoulutely everything there is to know about me is my other problem. my girlfriend does not want to see me and cleaned all her stuff out of the apartment without telling me. I know she is not seeing anyone else but the only way i can contact her is by e-mail, she reads them a few times a day.

She is my bestfriend's sister. Their family is going through a lot financially and they are poor.I am rich and if I marry her then I can help them.

I am not marrying her cos I want to help them but I really love her and if I marry then they will be my in laws and I can help them. I know I can help them without marrying but I love her very much.

I don't know if she loves me.

Should I ask her parent's for her in marriage to me. If I do that then her parents will ask her and she can accept or refuse me.

Is it okay to ask her parents' for her in marriage? I know I can ask her if she likes me but I don't like that idea.

I have know this guy for almost two years. We email each other a lot. I met him at a church camp and we have been super good friends ever since. He is two years older than I am. He emails me as much as he can. He is a missionary in Mexico. He always asks me how I am doing and stuff like that. I do like him, but does he like me? I have been dating this guy... that we have veen friends for over seven years and finally we end up being a couple.. Although we have been together for over three months... we haven't had our first kiss until this saturday. We haven't kiss because we are shy and I wasn't that ready.
