I would ask you how your eyes became so blue its as if Jesus took two pieces of sky on the clearest day for your eyes when he made you

Does he know you like him or is he a very nice and understanding guy?
It's a nice poem, but if you said No or you had to think before saying Yes to either of those questions, don't give it to him. It could fly right back in your face and everyone who hears it might make fun of you.

It depends. Have you been dating him awhile, or is he just someone you have a crush on? If you're not dating him yet, giving him a love poem could scare him off. Maybe wait a little and see if he feels the same way first.

Just on the merits of the poem, you should NOT give this poem to him.
The poem is poorly written. I am sorry to say so, but it is.
Take it easy, and be yourself. I don't think you are a poet.
This guy is lucky to be the object of your affections.
