I've known this girl for about a month now. We've been going out and she seems to enjoy it every time. When I tell her a joke she laughs and lightly hits me if I'm teasing her a bit, and smiles. She always returns my calls and she even asked me to go to her sisters 16th party... "just so she's not alone". She also asked ME out for once (clearly, she likes me from this description right?).
Now she is starting to become distant. I call her sometimes, but during these calls she doesn't seem like she's into me anymore. I met up with her again once, she still touches me when i joke around and laughs, but not as engaged as before and her tone changed slightly.
Advice?

Maybe something's going on with her that has nothing to do with you. Ask her what's up, then see what she says. It might be that she's nervous about liking you back, or that she doesn't want to hurt your feelings by saying no. Or it might have nothing to do with you. But you'll never know for sure unless you ask her about it.

I am in the exact same boat, but stretched out a couple of months. All I can say is enjoy the time you have with her. Don't get demanding, but don't be pushed around, either. (Fine line there). There is one of two things at work here:
1.) She found someone else or decided you aren't what she wants. There's nothing you can do about that, so realize it, but don't worry about it. There's no changing it.
or
2.) She is starting to examine feelings she has for you. If this is the case, it is very important that you show her you mean what you say and show her how much she means to you. This one you can start a serious relationship with if the feelings are tended to.

many factors could be underlying a slight change (problems at home, doesn't think ur interested as her, or maybe she's getting comfortable and may not feel the need to try as hard to let u know she likes u)
but here, it sounds like its ur turn to initiate IF u like her too.

If you're calling to frequently then back off for a bit. If not then chage your routine "spice" it up. If you like her , then kiss her. That will get the relationship burning hot!

all girls are the same.we are bipolar.one minute we can like someone and the next despise them.its just us.try and give her some space if its meant to be then she'll come back to you.let destiny take its round.
