Singles & Dating - 8 November 2006

My boyfriend and i have lived together on and off for the past 2 years. My home is paid off, and therefore all that i pay is my utilities. He does not contribute anything to the bills, and has bought groceries twice since August that total around $300. He has had problems finding work, and seemed to have stopped looking. 95% of our outings like dinners etc etc..come out of my pocket, in addition to his expenses like bus fare, old tickets etc etc...In the last 4-6weeks i have given $600 cash for things that he needs. We need to get a car and he wants me to help. However, i'm the only with a job, and the only one saving anything. I really want to be there for him, but I'm finding that i cant even get things that i want for myself. Am I being selfish???

I am in love with this girl, but know she doesn't love me. I can't tell her how i fill as, she will say she doesn't love me and it would all be a mess. She lives with some of my mates and i see her in passing most days. Therefore i can't tell her as it would be really awkward. I thik she like me, but really as an aquitance, not even a friend, as we are not that close. She didnt have a boyfriend til she was 20 and said she is just catching up on lost time. The one guy she has been with for two years,the other about 8 months,another one she is having a sexual relationship with at work and now she has met another guy who she's been seeing for a month. I have a college professor that I am very attracted too. I know you are not supposed to date your professor especially since I will be taking one of his other classes next semester but I'm so attracted to him that sometimes I flirt with him. I have been with my girlfriend for over a year and things have been great. Recently (in the last month), I have noticed she is not as affectionate or sexual as she has been in the past and seems somewhat indifferent to me. She has just started a new job and I figured it was mostly due to stress.

dating an ex-bf who I dated for 10 years we have been dating again 4, 5 months. Ok so here's the situation: We've been dating for a couple of weeks. He told me about 2 weeks ago that the girl he was dating before we became exclusive, he still has feelings for. As far as I know, he hasn't seen her very much and we had a GREAT date last night. Since I've been here (and even before this) all that ever happens is me being dropped on my rear-end by a guy. I've had my fairshare of boyfriends. Some lasted a few months, others a few weeks. But lately my relations with guys have only lasted a week or shorter. I really don't think it's me, or at least I hope not. I am a college student. It seems like guys love to hang out with me, but we only go out one day, and it goes no further. And if it does go farther, its only for a few days. Once they realize they're not getting in my pants, they totally lose interest, or even if thats not the case, they wont talk to me for about a week. I'm not desperate, and I'm not constantly boy-hunting. This has happened with two different guys since the semester has started. It's frustrating, and I don't know what to do. I'd like to find someone worth being with, but it seems they're not on this campus. What should I do? And please dont be disgusting. Pants are staying on till a ring's on the finger.
