It's never OK to cheat.
If you aren't as serious about the relationship as your boyfriend, then dump him and find someone new. Or have a long talk with him about possibly having an open relationship where you both can see other people. He'll get the hint that you aren't satisfied with the way things are. He'll either work with you to fix them, or give you your freedom to enjoy others.
But no matter what, honesty is always better than deceit. You would be betraying him if you cheated, and it would hurt him worse in the long run than if you just dumped him. In addition, it would be hard on you to keep your lies straight, and keep him from finding out. It's actually a lot of work to have an affair behind someones back, so it's not worth it.

Cheating is never okay. If you are in a relationship you are not able to get into, then politely break it off and be free to pursue other interests. To do otherwise is not being honest with either yourself or the person you are with. But first, if you think there is a reasonable chance of a spark igniting the current relationship, then go out of yoru way to make it happen - get all romantic and adventurous and see if that gets things rolling way better. If it doesn't work, then move on.

Remember, there are many ways for yoru other half to find out you are playing on the side and it will get them angry and cause them pain when they do find out. So, be cool, be polite and end it before you make a bad situation way way worse.

your other half ? half of what, you ? would you cheat on yourself ? sorry, but i've never cheated on a woman even when the relationship was really over but not quite finished with. if you're thinking about cheating it sounds like it's time to move on - it'll only end in tears.

If you're not serious about the relationship, do something kind for the other half - get out of it, and let them move on to seek someone who WILL be serious.
Oh, and then you won't be cheating.

Cheating is never okay....someones feelings always get trampled on. Besides why be in a relationship if you are wanting to be with someone else....You would have been better off never making a commitment.

No, cheating is really a waste of time and energy. In the long run, it never amounts to anything but heartache. Just break up, then you won't feel any guilt.

Cheating is never OK. If you are in an "open" relationship, then that is where you are open about other partners. But ot sneak around, well, that is just wrong.
