I have a fetish. I get turned on when I see a girl playing with her shoes (slipping them on and off) or dangling her shoe. I don't know why it turns me on, but it does and I can't help it. Do you think this is weird? Should I tell my girlfriend this, or keep it a secret. What if your boyfriend told you this, how would you react?

No, its not weird in the sense that it is a fetish. All fetishes sound weird, that's why they are fetishes, lol.
I would definitely tell your girlfriend.
If my fiance told me this, I would be doing it all the time. I love finding out new ways to turn him on and finding new ways to make things interesting.

I'm not really into feet myself, but this does give me an idea that might be useful for some of the women.
Go to an outdoor cafe, and sit there, repeatedly slipping your shoes on and off, and see if you notice anyone staring at you. It would be an unusual way for a woman to get a date, but I'll bet it would work.

No its not weird every one weather they admit it or not has a fetish but every one does not know how to deal with other peoples fetishes If it was me I would prefer for you to tell me and I would like the fact that you told me but just as well that you are turned on by it your girlfriend my be completely turned but take the chance tell her she may have the same fetish as you GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, it's not weird. Take your girlfriend shoe-shopping and you will see plenty of on/off action! Tell her how much it turns you on! If you're willing to invest in the fetish, I'll bet she's willing to try on shoes for you. If not, call me....:)
