Let's dispense with talking about the gender issues or the fact he's not attracted to you.
Dating someone you work with is a bad idea. A very bad idea.
If things go swimmingly, then all is well. How many relationships have you ever had that went well all the time. It's too damned easy to let personal feelings enter into the workplace. The workplace is complicated enough as is.
THEN adding the fact he's your boss??? That just adds gasoline to the fire.
I meet and fell in love with two people I workout with. We attend the same dojo. We had a relationship that lasted about 1.5 years. For reasons I won't go into, I had to break up with them 10 months ago. Do you know the kind of agony entailed in being around your ex's? Work would force you to be around him 40s a week, at least. Hell, I thought I was going to die just being around those two twice a week.

Being curious is relatively normal for most humans. Finding him attractive has to be a bit awkward for you since you are not gay (presuming you have not had these feelings before for a man).
Unless your boss is curious and you know it for a fact, I would not approach him on the subject until you find out. Not only does he hold a bit of your emotions but also the key to your paycheck. You do not want to make things socially awkward at work.

I agree with you that you are not gay, you are just curious. I would suggest that you keep your feelings inside because he is your boss and i think if he likes women he might be offended by this and fire you!

Hey dude! If you are lusting after another man---you are gay!!!! Sorry to break it to you!
With that being said, sleeping with your boss is NEVER a good idea! If you are fully prepared to lose your job, then tell him exactly how you feel! IF not, keep your feelings to yourself!
