It sounds like you are allowing this long-time crush affect how you are thinking about your boyfriend.

Explain to your current boyfriend you are having some doubts and you would like to spend sometime apart. Spend about two weeks thinking on what you want without spending time with your guy or your crush as this can affect your decision. The only thing you can do is be honest with yourself and the people you might affect. Your current guy will have to respect that

Tell him you want to do a threesome with another woman. Tell him the sex is boring between you two and you just need some outside input to jumpstart the relationship. That'll give him the first inkling that you want more than he's able to provide and he won't get jealous and go nuts because there's more than likely a smidgen of interest to the idea along with the depressing feeling that he's inadequate. If your not happy then move on. I know its not as easy as that and your probably so confused that you dont know what you want. Believe me the more you think about it the more confused you will get. The easiest thing to do is talk to him...make a last ditch effort if you're willing to walk out you have nothing to lose but telling him EXACTLY what you feel could possibly move you guys on the same page.
