Ok weird situation. We're both in the military. We went threw all our training together but we were really never that cool. We've known eachother for over a year. We come to our duty station and pretty much become bestfriends becasue we've known eachother for so long. We have now been here for over 6 months and we still hangout everyday. We dont have phones but we live down the hall from eachother. I was never really into her before until we came here and i got to know her more. We are always together people think we are dating but we're "just friends" we go out every weekend with friends and every morning she comes to my room and wakes me up. We tell eachother everything...Crushes and stuff. We dance at clubs and for new years i was her first kiss but it was on the cheek. and she could def. have her pick of any guy she wants becasues shes surrounded by guys and there arnt too many girls at all...so confused i need some help because now i have a crush on her.

Its my uncle's 50th birthday dayafter tomorrow. Her daughter is in Australia for studies. And my mom wants that we should make it a lil spl so that he doesnt miss her.

The baby is not his. A little background. He has supervised visits due to his alcoholism and abuse/neglect issues he had with our girls when they were in his care. I offer to supervise his visits, as well as his mom or sisters, but my youngest hates hanging out with his new g/f and her son when they are with her dad. The g/f works at walmart and anytime alice sees her there she is very happy and even seeks her out. The g/f hates me, for whatever reason and the atmosphere is tense to say the least when we are all together. Which is probably why alice dislikes it so much.

I don;t want to subject my child to spending time with people she doesn;t want to. When her dad is on his own and comes to visit or when we go to his place to visit and he is alone my daughter is fine and very happy to see her dad, as long as i am there with her. How can I make him understand that his visitation is for him alone, when i am the one supervising.

Is it Fair to say that men dont need to help there love one, in cleaning, cooking, or washing. If Both work why is that one has to do more than the other, why cant it be a partnership, 50/50, or out of love. I know nobody really like's to clean but it all has to be done. so why not get help from the person tht you are with. Plus if you have kids that would put more on your plate, so I think it is fair that you have 2 people better than 1. Please leave a Opinon about this subject.

I have a long time crush.evr sinz the 1st tym saw him sitting beside me at class, i already liked him. months passed, he teases me and i do the same.i dont know why bt i always look 4 him at class.xmas day 2003, i gave him a gift for unknown reasons.were not that close yet.on valentines week, i woke up at 3 a.m and the only person i can think of is him.i realizd that i was so freakin inlove and crazy over hm.he's still immature, evn now.many of the friends say he fils the same for me bt he's jst so "silent nor evn care. last week during holidays,i saw hm at the debut of one of our highschool friends.we sat in the same table, across each other.i dont know why he acts so weird.as if he's uncomfortable seeing me. I love my Mom but I am in love with my girlfriend. My Mom doesn't like the fact that I am gay, and my girlfriend is a really great person. My Mom didn't invite her over for Christmas, and refuses to get to know her. My girlfriend and I live together, and are very happy, and thinking about kids, but my Mom is making it difficult. My girlfriend has tried gettting along with my Mom, but my Mom just refuses to get to know her at all. She tells me I am only allowed over without my girlfriend, and she's not invited to any of the family get togethers, or holidays. I want to spend the rest of my life with my girlfriend, I have never felt this kind of connection before, but what do I do about my Mom who doesn't accept me for who I am? She has nothing nice to say about my girlfriend, wont get to know her, and my girlfriend answered my phone and got yelled at once. What do I do? I'm in love.

I could see if I was having sexual relations with her or talked to her on the phone or something like that, but beings it's just a picture, I don't see how you could say that's cheating?

Can't really remember ever being really happy, but the last 20 years have been hell and it's at it's worst now.There are so many things that have gone wrong they are too long to list. I know I'm sounding sorry for myself which is something I don't often do, I'm a pretty tough old cow really ,and normally just get on with it, but I'm getting really tired of it, nothing good ever seems to happen.
Yes,I'm alive and I know I should be very grateful, but if you are really unhappy whilst being alive,is there really any point in carrying on.

I'm,60 now,people say I look good for my age, that's because I work hard at conceiling the bad bits,but everything is taking it's toll,and I'm drinking too much, eating too much,and loosing interest in everything really.Not enough money coming in,debt up to my eyeballs,family problems,health problems,I've lost everything I worked for all my life,by trusting the wrong people,and I'm too old to start trying to get it back,I'm depressed,and bitter.

Why does it feel as though you love someone "more" when there is fighting, drama and cheating going on constantly within your relationship?

I was in a previous relationships and feel as though I was more so in love with him than I am with my caring, trustworthy and even hotter bf now??? am in a relationship and I believe that we just got out of the "infatuation" stage.....But I find that he is more reciprocal and affectionate with his feelings more so than I. He makes comments like "I cant get enough of you" (whereas I would have said that before but in the past month of so I feel as though showing him affectionate is enough) We are very affectionate and sexual with each other. I have never been attracted to him as much as anyone before and I feel comfort and trustworthy around him. I have never been in true love before and I want to know if this is what it feels like....I dont feel like I have to impress him anymore although I still love to make him happy eg, dinners, gifts etc...

The only problem is that I feel as though he is more "in love" with me than I am with him. I can live without anyone so I am not going to sit here and say I couldnt live without him but I enjoy spending all my time with him....

Is this love? And could he be the one?

My friend's husband died 6 months ago. They had a good marriage. She is understandably devastated. I'm not sure what to say to help her and I'm worried that she is dwelling on it too much but then again, it's normal to dwell on it and not be able to think about anything else. She is very unhappy, sometimes I worry that she is suicidal. She says things to the effect that she will never be happy again. I know that I'm supposed to just let her talk and be there for her, but I can't help but say things like "you will find love again" and "you have to move forward". I feel like I'm no help at all. I feel terrible for her but I also can't stand to see her in so much pain.

my bf got very drunk the other night and became horrible !!..teh next morning he begged me to forgive him which i did .... the same day he became distant and wudnt tell me wat was rong ..... until that nite and he sed to me it was just he felt like he wasnt sure if he loved me but now he knew he really did love me !!! i was upset because it hurt to hear him say that ..then he changed his mind and said that wasnt wat was rong and in fact it was that he had a brain tumor !!! i asked him if hed bin the hospital he sed no !! ...i wasnt sure wat to do i really fink he meant that he didnt love me but just sed the tumor thing to stop me being upset ... i have told him i think we shud split because it hurts too much rite now and he is begging me to stay and cryin wen i say i want to leave ..... i ont know wat to do do u think he is playin mind games?? please any help i will be grateful of :) thx x

I have had questions about what my ex put me through and he finally had answered why.
We had talked about reconciling after he was released but only after he could prove to be a man and handle responsibility and he failed. He slept with an old dirty woman once and she lied about a pregnancy to keep him. He stayed with her because he tghought she may be and she pit up some money for a room after he lost his place. She had bonded him out of jail once and I guess he felt obligated to stay.
He acted real cold to me cuz he thought they were going to have a baby but her real self came out. He never got proof she was pregnant, she is an alchie too and she stole money from him. He told me that he gave her a date to get out and never see him again. He said he had been feeling reallow about what he di tom and we also have a son and he apologized but knows it will never be enough. He said he knows he ruined his life and she ruined it too. My Mums partner is 45, she is 67. He has always been a bad tempered control freak, but my mom wont leave hima sshe thinks she needs a man. I visited her yesterday to find that he had been out with the sellotape and had taped up the hot water heater at a level he saw fit for it to be at and also switched the central heating off and taped it down so she could not use it. Same with heater and washing machine. she pays the bills, he lives there with her!! turns out he does this from time to time along with checking the electric meters before he goes out to see how much is being used qhilst he is out. My mom is conditioned into thinking this normal after so long, how do I help???.. This guy also picks on people that cant stand up for themselves such as really small guys and kids.
