My boyfriend and I shared a beautiful love together but after a few months split because although we got along like a house on fire, when we didn't get along we just could not see eye-to-eye and things got nasty. 6 months after our split we are talking again and yes, once again feel in love with one another. He wants me back but I told him that I don't think it will work because we will end up having the same problems as before, that I am devastated and will always love him. Then he emails me back and says....

I guess I expected you to take longer to form a
negative decision, just to be sure your sure, but I
accept that you are

What does his response mean? Is he mad, hurt, angry? I don't understand it.

its not really a big deal, i think its dumb but its nothing to be mad over, the only thing is he ordered it 2 months ago he says and he says "he called and ordered "every channel" the direct t.v. people just so happened to give him the playboy channel too. he did it without telling me, which makes it all the more sneakier....i checked today and we do not "get every channel" i think he is lying about that and just called and blatently ordered it.......i hate liers in a relationship......how can i find out if he lied about this or not??

I broke up with my boyfriend 2 months ago. We were together 4 years. I don't regret my decision. I thought he had feeling for a woman who was "just a friend" even though he denied it. Turns out my instincts were right because 3 weeks after I broke up with him, she dumped her boyfriend & they're now together. At first, I was okay with everything. My ex moved his things out of my apt, I was going out and having fun by myself or with my friends, I even kept in touch with my ex a little. This past week or so has turned into a nightmare. I barely get up. I'm missing hours at work. My heart is aching inside. I started getting sick & went to the doctor yesterday. He said that I'm way too stressed out. And then I came home to my lonely apt, with no one to take care of me. What the hell happened? I was doing so well. How do I start feeling better when I can't peel myself out of bed? I know other people have been through this. How did you deal? I don't want my ex back, but I'm so sad it's over.

My friend has been pesturing me for like the last one and a half months to leave my bf alone because she thinks he's playing me and i told her we broke up so she would just drop the situation but i love him too much to deny him so i just told her the truth we still go out and she was 38 hot about it she started using profane language and saying i was a fool and that he was just playing me she even insisted on me going out with his friend so what would you think of your friend if you were in my situation and what would you tell her? We both work in a clinical research lab, I am a lab tech, he is a paramedic/ assistant supervisor. I had to leave for a while because it was impacting my school and is a horrible place to work. He is a licensed paramedic and needs to train (work out) for physical agility tests for police, fire fighter or paramedic jobs.

His job takes a toll on him and will not allow time for him to train.
What are some suggestions he could do so he could quit his job and train?

He can not be part of the clinical trials because of high liver enzymes.

My boyfriend never lets me go out, keeps watching me all the time and I'm running out of excuses what to say to people when they invite me to go out in the evening. well this is the situation:my ex has a new girlfriend and he says he's happy,but i found out yesterday from his friend that he is concerned about michael because he has started cutting himself since about 2 weeks now.This week he cut himself and came to school with cut marks.he did that once before and he was suicidal on the verge of it.me and him really don't talk much almost none but the only time he wasn't rude to me was when he told me he cheated on me,and then that weekend he cut himself.well we might not be together and might not be friends but i truly want to help him out.if he would be happy why would he cut himself?the problem is i don't know how to approach him about it and i don't know if he'll be rude to me?i also don't know if he wants to talk to someone or how to get him to talk to me?i am not sure if i should bug in and do something or just pretend i don't know anything?it concerns and worries plus i cry all night because i care and it makes me sad.Help!!!

We met online, fell in love, and I moved across the country to be with her. In five months we had four weeks that were not ruined by fights. Over and over she drank a lot, got angry, became abusive, then would cry and promise it would never happen again, but she broke every promise she made within a week of making it and the abuse got worse and worse. She refused to talk to anyone about the problem and always found a way to blame me. After she gut-kicked me so hard I had bladder problems for a week and threatened to cut me up in my sleep, my friends helped move me out while she was away on a trip.

She is now willing to get help to work on her abuse and anger issues. I love her still, but I don't trust her as she quit counciling before when it got tough.

Do I owe her any respect? Should I see her again or try to save a friendship in the hope that someday she'll be better? Or should I just walk away and never speak to her again as my friends advise me?
