My only advice is to date someone with a little more respect for you. I mean, no offence, but why would you really want to be seen with someone who keeps burping in your face? Im no professional, but it seems to me the obvious thing to do is dump him. If you dont want to break up with him, just let him know that you dont want to date someone who is so rude..

Look him straight in the face and tell him you do not like it. If he still persists, then you know that he has no respect for you. If so get rid of him PDQ.

He sounds disrespectful and rude. If he is not respecting your requests for him to stop, then that is not a good sign of a gentleman, and you should dump him.
