I am writing a letter to my Podiatrist and I was wondering if you knew anything that I could add to this:

"I am writing to you because I want to express my sincere appreciation for all that you’ve done for me. Not only have you helped me on one occasion with my own health problems, you’ve also made me realize that I want to help others in the same way that you’ve helped me. I have always wanted to be a doctor, but could never choose the field I wanted to study. Seeing the kindness and respect that you give your patients has inspired me to pursue a career in Podiatric medicine.

I can only hope that this letter is able to express the gratitude that I feel. I hope that I can become as great of a doctor as you are. Again, thank- you so much!"

My son (18) and his fiance live with us (she is going to have a baby). She has a sister who started high school Monday - just into 9th grade. Their father had to go on a business trip and stepmom works until midnight. We just paid the rent --- there's no money and no food at this point. On Sunday night she came over (the sister) and son's fiance says "is it okay if she spends the night so we can take her to school in the morning?" This was pretty late (after they got off work). I said "sure." Last night they come home again with her and I asked if she was planning another night over and my son's fiance says "oh..she's staying here until my dad gets back which is Sunday." NO ONE asked us-first whole week of school-she has no money-we have no food. I haven't eaten since yesterday at lunch. I don't know who I'm more mad at. Her dad KNOWS we have $$ problems right now. We never talked to him about her staying with us for the week. We can't just kick her out-no one is home.

This friend constantly wants to come over or go out and drink all night. He never has any money. My husband says he feels sorry for him because the friend and his wife are separating and possibly divorcing. She is divorcing him for the same reasons I listed, drinking and no money.

This friend has been disrespectful to me in the past also.

I really don't know why I think men are so evil and awful. I have met some good men, but I always assume that because I am ugly and fat that I will never ever have a boyfriend. I am also terrified of being a lesbian. My family would disown me in a heartbeat! I personally think there is nothing wrong with it, but my family's views are more important than my own happiness. I always think that whenever a guy says something to me that there's a mean message behind it, and I know it can't be true. I'm the only girl in my grade that's never had a boyfriend and I think it's because I'm fat. Guys have said some horrible things about my looks and it really hurts me because I think they're true myself. I really want to know if I'm a lesbian inside and how to cover that up, or if I'm just an awkward teen who goes to school with some @sshole boys. Is there hope for me?

Okay this boy I have know since 7th grade and we are about to start the same H.S. together but he thinks that since I know him and I am 1 of the only ppl who haven't told him that he is the most annoying ppl in the world... we are supposed to be together! So now he is leaving me a bunch of messages calling me 20 times a day, and emailing me all the time...it was flatering at first but noe it is just out of comtrol! School starts next week and I will have to see him What do I say...He Told me that he is going to marry me when we get out off college...I don't wanna hurt his feelings!!! How do I set him straight that I don't like him!?!

My parents always blamed me for everything and never blamed any of my siblings. I was always in their black books. I never had friends because i was always afraid of being rejected.

Now I'm depressed and my therapist thinks it because of how I was treated as a child.

All I want to know is why me? Why not one of my siblings or someone else, why did it have to be me?

I have been dating my boyfriend for about 4 years and his dad never really adorded me but was fine with me being around untill one day he just started being rude to me and stopped talking to me and i always overhere him saying rude comments about me when im at his house and he doesnt know. Tomorrow, I'll be going to court to testify in a financial battle between my parents. (They've been divorced over 16 years and are dealing with a very messy money dispute concerning back child support/etc.) I'm 22 years old, but still petrified of the entire ordeal. Putting aside the fact that I'm literally having to choose sides between my parents, I'm just plain scared about being in the courthouse. Any pointers?

I have recently started dating a wonderful man much older than me. We have been dating since April of this yr. He happens to be friends with my sister, and they were lovers 10 yrs ago, and have remained friends since. I have known him just as long. Upon my sisters suggestion, she encouraged us to spend time with each other...as we were both single, and recently had broken up with other people. So we have, and I have found myself really falling for him, and he has developed strong feelings for me as well.
My sister (who has always been very envious and jealous of me) is now not talking to me and she is now stating that It's not right that I'm dating him, and is talking about me behind my back, and saying that I'm just using him....and that they had this committed relationship.etc etc. Which is not true...she never loved him, and often commented how he was too old for her. Is this wrong for me to be doing? She refuses to discuss this with all of us together. What do i do??

my friend is a foster parent, they got a child at age 5 months. she is now 2 1/2, of course they dearly love this child and would love to adopt her. the natural mother is still in the girls life,she get her every weekend.The problem is every time she comes back the child is a terror and has a bad attitude,it takes at least 2 days 2 back to her self. She came back with head lice 5 weeks in a row, and is always dirty. when she sees her mom she screams and fights not to go, it brakes my friends heart but has no choice. the judge is trying 2 give the mom a fair chance. They go in front of her at least once a month.She has 4 kids by 4 different dads,they r 5,4,2 &2months old ,all were born with drugs in them except the newest, Amber needs therapy,speech & physical. she has asthma yet her mom will smoke around her and this make her sick & has 2 have treatments when she gets home.she also comes backsmelling like urine & has not bathe the whole weekend.

I have been with my boyfriend for one year, and he is wonderful to me. The only problem we have is how much he likes to go out. He likes to go to the bar three to four times weekly. He always likes me to come to, but I don't really enjoy it. I have told him this but he still continues to make plans constantly for us to go. I have tried to compromise and deal with it, but I'm worried he will always be like this. I know I can't change him, but how can I get him to realize there is more to life than the bar. We are both young and have children.

I am 27 years old & have a five month old baby. My fiance & I have been together for 4 years. we have GREAT SEX!!! I am very attentive to him in bed! But during ,my pregnancy I obviously looked different! I gained weight and had a big belly! I have gottn rid of almost all the weight & our sex life is still good but not as good because we have a baby & it;s hard to find the time. but we manage! I want to be SUPREMELY "CLEAN" for my hubby. What are the most important things to a guy. Fresh breath? shaved ta-ta?? I wanna know what I can do to make sure i'm extra extra satisfying.
