We have been dating three years. She lives in Los Angeles. She agrees we are in a relationship and that she is my girlfriend, but will never invite me to Los Angeles to go out with her group of friends (men, women, and couples - she goes out with them at least once a week). She says "her friends are her friends," not mine, and that she needs her space. I get the feeling she does not want people to know who I am or does not want them to know she has a boyfriend. It is like she is living a separate life. Also, she has a myspace site that I can't access because it is private. She is 38. I feel that if we are in a relationship, working together toward common goals as a team, she should want to make me a part of her activities to some extent, and should want to invite me to go out with her friends in her town every now and then. I would think and I would hope she would be proud to have me with her. Is my thinking backwards? Should I be suspicious? Or is her behavior normal?

My ex & i have been broken up for 3 1/2 years. When i decided to end the relationship we agreed that we would not introduce our daughter (7 yr old) to our new love intrest unitl we knew it was serious. I dated my now fiance for a year and a half b4 intorducing them to each other. he continued to date differnt women left & right & introducing our daughter to them! I put my foot down & he respected me & stopped. It has been about a year since he stopped doing that. He recently met a woman & knew her for all of two weeks. Moved her in to his home, calls me & says " I want our daughter to meet my girlfriend, it's really serious!!!" He says she's it for him. Not only does he not know her, but neither do I. I think they should wait at least six months! AM i wrong??? My oopinion is that in another few months he will have a new flavor!

My friend and I have been good friends for a long time. We've had some rough patches, but then again so has any good friendship. We wants me to roomate with him and his girlfriend. Now my only reservations are that we have a history, I am gay and I am the one who brought him out of his preverbial closet, at least halfway, catch my drift? His girlfriend knows, do i move in with him and the girl? I love them both they are wonderful people but i am afraid that he will be jealous of my his girlfriends friendship. Ok so this guy and I have been friends for 9 years and in those 9 years we have tried to have a relationship 3 or 4 times, but it never seems to work because we live in different states, and not close states. We always pick up where we left off, I have never stopped loving him and vice versa. I have been most recently reunited with my teenage love of over 15 years ago. He has been just the sweetest and I want to do something really special for him on his birthday. Usually I am good at coming up with fun idea but he told me that he never done anything special for his birthday. It's just another day for him. I recently ended it with my boyfriend of 3 years. We have been living together for 2. He has cheated on me several times, I 've found condoms in his car, used ones in our bedroom, he was arrested once for soliciting a prostitute. After all his lies and cheating I forgave him over and over. It has been six months since his last fall back and just last week I found a pack of condoms and one was missing. He says they're old and that he was tempted to do something but he didn't. NOw that Im gone, he realizes what he lost and he is begging me back...he sounds so sincere and apologetic but I just cant risk taking another heartache. He is laid off and has the house payment and bills are due. I was nice enough to give him half the rent but he is saying that I should be there for him in his time of need and that Im treating him like $hit. He is basically going crazy. What do I do? I don't want to hurt him like this and I don't want to put myself in that position again. What should I do?

I stay downstairs watching tv and playing on my computer. We occasionally go back and forth for a little hug or something and we usually have supper together. Of course we sleep in the same bed too. But other than that we live our own lives. Isn't that great?
