How did you meet new clients?

Did you work solo or with someone else?

No, but one of my male friends was for a time to make school money.

I personally have not been a prostitute, but when I was going to college I knew two girls in some courses I took who were prostitutes. They called themselves 'escorts', although they were hookers.
Individual #1:
* Liked the work
* Met new clients at school, clubs/bars, or through friends
* She told me a average month with average amount of work time was about $10,000 (Canadian). I remember her telling me the most she made in a month was just over $75,000.
* She had a male with her to protect her, although he was not her pimp. He was paid protection money.
* As far as I know she's still doing it, but her reason for doing it at the time was to pay for school and to have money to take care of her kids.
Individual #2:
* Loved the work (but she always had to be high to work)
* Through her husband's business, bars/clubs, friends
* I'm not sure exactly how much she was paid, but it was only ever enough to keep her coke addiction satisfied and get her through school.
* She worked solo.
* She quit when she committed suicide. I think the addiction had too much of a hold on her because she had a beautiful family, and she was so intelligent it was scary.

I tried. But it didn't work.
People thought I charged too much.
Is 40 million dollars and hour too much?
I told them it was another 10 million to pretend I liked it....
Double if I used a partner......
I said I would work by referrences only......
But no one could afford me, so I never became one.
So I have been forced to earn a living using my other marketable skills, training, and intelligence. Unfortunatley, the hourly rate is not as much as I wished....but I know I won't lose those skills with age...
....... and I still have my self worth.
What would be YOUR hourly rate if that were for sale?

one of my xbf's mother did it when she was young. from what he told me, the story went she ran away from home, moved up north of california, lived there doing it. fell in love with some guy, had her first child, a daughter, then her second, a son (which was my xbf) lived with some guy who was father to these 2 children while she went off every night diong it for the money. she had a 3rd child coming in, but had a miscarriage, my xbf even brought me one time to the cementary where the miscarriaged baby was barried, it was really sad.
when sean (my xbf) was about 3, the mom left and went down south of california to live. wait a minute, i just discovered, then the 3rd baby was probably out of some other guy, it would have been a half sister to my x....or else her grave wouldnt have been here down south....hmmm...i never thought of it...
anyways, came down south, stopped her prostitution, married a police officer in which became sean's step dad he called, 'dad'. he never saw his real father, doesnt remember anything. its a real sad story. ive seen his mom thousands of times and she was kinda .....i mean wierd in personality wise, not too open, the type you could tell was kinda screwed up inside. and the sad part of it all was taht she wasn't an ugly women, infact she was incredibly beautiful, her mom (sean's grandma) was pure russian and her dad was pure african american. she had this exotic tan look.
sad story, but as close as what i know about prostitution.

to tell you the truth i don not know why anyone would want to be come prostitute but i amy guessing that they would really love sex or there is no other way that they can suppont themselves.
