I'm not sure who is "they" are dragging you into the family business. If you would rather not be involved and your future husband would rather not have you involved, then that should be it. You two, as a future married couple is all that counts. A simple," I'm sorry, but we agree and I would rather not become involved" should do it and your future husband should stand by that to help you.

If he doesn't want you involved and he knows you don't want to be involved, it's pretty much his responsibility to intervene for you. Beyond that all you can do is make your position very clear and make yourself scarce.
