depends on your age and his and how long. I think that a romantic night alone with you serving him in every way is one good thing. I just went with my new wife on one of those local romantic three hour tours they have romance packages in such places (sprit of Philadelphia if you want to search it up) Blind folding him and feeding him different things can be nice. Getting silk rose petals and spreading them all over the floor lighting candles and having a light meal made for him by your loving hands with a bottle of chilled champagne works good.
Maybe a special overnight as a bed and breakfast. You would have to drive as after all, it is all a surprise for him.
Other than these you need to know what his interests are and appeal to them

Well if your man really aprciates you, you could always buy a nice sexy teddy, ot something simular.
To spice up the night tie him to a chair, to where he can not move, Light some candles put on some sexy undies, Turn on some music, and be his private dancer so to speak. Make him beg for you. Have a romantic dinner , you cook it or go out.
Watch a movie go out have fun or stay at home all night, not all of these tips can be in order. Use some creative when thinking about something sexy :)

You could order a boquet of candy bars maybe a cd tucked in. I know that our local flower place will make a candy bar "tree" and it looks really cute and it could be his favorite candy bars. I don't think that guys really like flowers that well. Call your local flower store and tell them that you are trying to get something for your boyfriend. Stop by and give them his favorite cd to be added in. Or if he don't listen to music something that he likes. Hope that this helps you! A phone call on the day would go far also. Take a bunch of provocative pictures such as topless with your hands placed appropriately, thong underwear, etc. Buy him a video iPod and load the pictures on the iPod before you give it to him.
If you really wanted to do something sexy, you could make a video of you dancing a striptease or taking a shower and install that on the iPod.

Do not tell him or give him hints that you are going to do anything sexxy. Let him lead. Maybe no underwear or something thin. Get all fixed up and totally fresh before you go out. Again, let him lead!
