Marriage & Divorce - 16 October 2007

I am writing as I was served with divorce papers last Thursday. This deeply saddens me. More than anything, I want to reconcile our marriage. We have a beautiful baby girl with another due in January. I have fear that I am losing my whole family due to this. This is taking a huge toll on me both spiritually and financially. I want nothing more than to prove to my wife and her family (who is orchestrating much of this), that I am on a good path to finding God and providing a future for us. The papers state that I would need to be present in court by the 23rd of this month. My daughter’s first birthday is today and I’m unable to speak to or see her. And it appears that she is not allowing me any rights to be involved in the pregnancy or birth of our 2nd daughter. I suppose my question is this: Can the courts request mediation or counseling in Texas to see if we can work this out? 6 months, a year…it doesn’t matter. I would just love to have ample time to prove myself to my wife.

She spent alot of the day taking with him. We have 3 kids under 5 and I spent most of the day walking them around so she could catch up with old fiends. ( it was a bring you kids with you 15yr HS reunion) Anyway we are vey open and honest with each other. Afterwards I was talking to her about him and asking her how it was to see him. She said that she had chosen me and was happen and would not change that but she did still have stong feelings for him. Even still loved him in some ways. ( Being a guy I could completly understand her having sexual feeling for him but she was talking more about those "emotinal" feelings that I and most guys do not understand so well) She said just give me a day to get my feelings in check and put some perspective on them and then we can talk all you want. Is this normal. He just went through a divorce and I do not know if him bing free added to the exitment of an old boy friend or not.

We have a 2 year anniversary (married) coming up and I am lost at what to get him. I know him so well, but I just can't seem to think of anything that's good enough. What are your ideas? Guys, what have you gotten that you really like? Thanks ♥

I met her @ the University when we were both in our first years. I'm 20 & she's 26. We're in our final years now & want 2 get married immediately we graduate.
Is this advisable?
We are deeply in love with each other & she's a stunnin' knockout.
What do you think our parents & other people would say?

my husband put divorce case against me and i put 498a against him as he took away all my jwellery and also subjected me to physical ause 4-5 times. I tried for 2 years to reconcile with him but he doesnot want to and said if i would have not put 498a he would have thought of reuniting. Now there is no chance. he has applied to quash the 498a in high court . can i change my decision to not wanting divorce and how can i reconcile with my husband.

Even after getting beaten up and also robbed off from jwellery he says he has not done any bad thing but i seem to have done worst thing by putting 498a case.

but even i have decided if there is no reconcillation , anyways my life is going to get spoiled so why not spoil it fighting for justice. i really want to know how justified it is to beat a wife and take her jwellery and then say that i am divorcing you as you put 498a

he called friends and asked them if i got married or not yet,&told them he ll b married 2a beautiful rich woman so,he ll not gonna lose of his money.again,he called them yesterday,&asked them if got married or not,if i i still mentioning him,loving,him,asking about him,the answer was no,shes working,studying&4get all about you.but he told them he got married &will not come home untill iget married too,so he can guarantee no one will ask him 2marry me again.called another one(grand ma) ll b home soon.and didnt tell her he got married.i really didnt call him,dont even care if he got married or not,ofcaurse he ll get married,hes42 years old!!!!!!!!!cant just he leave me alone??????????????????
