i dont want to take divorce but have stated earlies in court that i am ready?

Question

my husband put divorce case against me and i put 498a against him as he took away all my jwellery and also subjected me to physical ause 4-5 times. I tried for 2 years to reconcile with him but he doesnot want to and said if i would have not put 498a he would have thought of reuniting. Now there is no chance. he has applied to quash the 498a in high court . can i change my decision to not wanting divorce and how can i reconcile with my husband.

Even after getting beaten up and also robbed off from jwellery he says he has not done any bad thing but i seem to have done worst thing by putting 498a case.

but even i have decided if there is no reconcillation , anyways my life is going to get spoiled so why not spoil it fighting for justice. i really want to know how justified it is to beat a wife and take her jwellery and then say that i am divorcing you as you put 498a

so it wasnt i who wanted divorce but he. as for contributing to household expenses the people who have pointed out let me ask them have their mother given their father money for keeping them.

i tried for 6 months befor putting the case to get back with him, reminded him of the good times we shared, my father pleaded him not to spoil his daughters life, but he just replied its ok she is not pregnant. hearing this my father got angry on him. which is natural . my husband called my dad goon. i know that only few people will understand what it is when a women is left by her husband (in case you are a man you would knw it if someone sleeps with your daughter and then tells i dont want her now, and its ok as she is not pregnant).

still i tried asked him to think of me, but he never replied. i asked my inlaws but they told him i had come to blackmail him. after all this, i decided to go with 498a.

and yes before i filed 498a he made two police complaints against me and my family so that he escapes.i even assured him that i will take back the case.

but whatever it is i love him, if he comes back i dont think i want anythingelse in life

Well if you are talking about a 498a then you must be in India. You need to go ahead and get a divorce. Your 498a is not false seeing as how he physically abused you.

I say it's time to end this relationship.

First thing is he put divorce
where in malaysia, that means he wants to end relationship with you for what ever reason ...thats ok, he can do that..
so you put 498a for what ....to abuse the law, you know what is 498a really is for..please dont misuse the law.
now, he took your jewellery, did you buy that jewellery or he gave it you, if he bought that jewellery then it is his not you...
now, did you work and contributed any money towards your relationship or just sit at home and eat his salary ?
if he beats you up, go and put DV not 498a lady..
you already spoiled your future atleast indian terms..
so now you have to be westren, so and find love and find someone who will love you...you should understand now ..
you need to sleep with atleast three or four people min to alteast for further in relationship right ...
this if good chance for your enjoy yourlife and be westrenised..
he will not reconcialle you and i hope he wont get you back also ..you are devil in form of lady and putting 498a you thought him lesson, i guess he learned his lesson and moving on, now you move on rather then going to same man..

I am very regretted about your case, any how explain the fact in the court and ask to live together. Court may react in positive way because, basic criteria to file the divorce after elapse of one year.

If courts not react in positive way don’t worry. You can take it a challenge, as you female there so many people they are ready to save you. Just come from traditional thoughts. You may lose few feelings for few days after that you can make a brighten future.

Okay no I put up with a lot of crap from my husband but there is a point where you draw a line in the sand and say this far and no further. If hes beating you and telling you he's not reconciling and taking your jewelry where is your line when do you say done. Get some councling for you and you put this sob in jail

let him go now. you dont need someone who abuses you. as for the jewelry you should be able to get that back in court or have him arrested for theft. dont know what a 498 is but abuse is never justified.

todays girls think they can harass and force man to give divorce on false 498a.
