My wife got me tools. I believe a circular saw on our second anniversary. There was an ulterior motive though. We were remodeling our bathroom. For a more traditional approach to gift giving, you can apply this chart. For second year the gifts are traditionally cotton, but more modern is china (as in tableware.) So for your second anniversary you could get him a nice polo shirt or something. or a bag of cotton balls. OR a GIANT BEER STEIN!

It depends on what your budget is. I'm not married, but when I celebrated my 2nd year with my former gf she bought me a few small things that we could enjoy togther. A smoothie maker, a board game I enjoyed playing, and some massage bars from Italy. We def enjoyed giving each other massage with those bars. Make the gifts something both of you can enjoy together.

Tell him to meet you for lunch at a cool restaurant. Get dressed up in a nice, but sexy dress. Wear a lacy push-up bra to show off your cleavage. Wear a matching garter belt, with seamed stockings and CFM pumps--you know the ones!
But leave the panties home. Give him a glimpse of you stocking top and garter. He won't be able to keep his hands off your legs.
You could give him no better gift than this!

ok don't think tradition! no sox, ties, or anything like that. I've been married for over 10 years, (11) and let me tell u, they hate stuff they don't wear alot of the time. Sox are great but unimaginitive. does he like sports?? movies? want a t-shirt he saw at wal-mart? a magazine subscription? ( sports illustrated? think swimsuit edition.) tickets to a concert? that is about all I cant hink of. My hubby loves role playing games and he will tell me what he wants in terms of a gift, and his hints are sooo obvious!

When we first got married we decided we liked going away together.....so we pooled our money and took long weekends away.
At first we didn't go to expensive places.....it was just fun getting away together....we did this for every gift giving occasion.
Now we go away for 2-3 weeks to really nice places because we can afford to go pretty much wherever we want.
We have wonderful pictures and memories and they last longer than most gifts.

2nd Anniversary is cotton, so buy something made of cotton.
Or go with the new modern version and buy him a clock, something to wake his a** up.
Of course I'm not one for traditions, so buy him something you know he will like and not expect.
