I have this friend of mine..Oh well she's not just a friend but a very closed friend rather. I treat her like my younger sister when in fact she's 2 years older from me ( I'm 19 still). I found her very different from the others that I've met through out my journey in this world. We share each others feelings, emotions and ideas. There's no doubts that we really enjoy each others company and that we really adore, appreciate and treasure this friendship we both actually have. Everything was running smoothly if only it wasn't because of this guy who just suddenly appeared.. my friend begins admiring him so much. And now the but here is... she's so damn insecure at me and that there are times she gets jealous of me already because of what she said that I have this charm that can turn men on(awww. Dnt get me wrong. Shes also attractive but in a very different way. She just havent notice it because of her very low self-esteem but damn! Shes pretty gorgeous!). I wanted to get mad at her but I really cant. She's so very important to me and she's the only one who cAn make me happy in times I felt so down. Yeah I understand her because this is her first time. You know ,,,feeling something special towards the opposite sex. She never had a boyfriend and the thought of knowing she cant have this guy only made her freakishly sad. She would always think that this guy really dont like her and that I am the one whom he likes instead. S***! he is just a guy! I mean, I dont want losing a friend over a boy?! Hello!??! that's insane! But how can I let her understand? She would always say sorry to me and that she's guilty because of those damn crappy thoughts she had in mind. For so many times I explain to her everything. Let her realize. But the feeling she had inside is too painful to forget it just like that. She really wanted to let go but she just cant. She seems so confused. She would ask me a lot of times how to help her and all I did was to keep on explaining and letting her see the bright sides of life. (sigh) Please help me how to open her mind and heart. I really dont want to let this friendship ends into nothing.

A few days ago one of my co-workers that I have been working with for 6 months asked my for a favor. The favor was for me to follow her to drop off her car and give her a ride back well the place was like 45 minutes away from our job. First of all she gets in the car doesn't even say thank you, then on our way back to our job my gas light goes on I tell her "oh god I need gas we better stop somewhere". She just tells me were I could go and doesn't even offer a dime. My issue is not the money but the fact that I didn't even get a "thank you".

This problem come because i see my friend, a girl, her parents are so over protect to her. If she get a little problem, her parents (especially her mom) will take all answer, and don't want to hear her daugther voice again. Even the problem is about the girl and her boyfriend. Her parents always see their daughter like a little child and don't have self suggestion... It makes the girl, my friend is so passive and just can do what her parents say...

Let's say somebody (a close one, friend or bf/gf) trashes you, bashes you behind your back, plays you, puts you down, and then ditches you for somebody else, what is the perfect revenge? Is it to not overreact and not stoop to their level? Is it too ignore them, and live a better life? Or is it to pull the rug from under them and make them suffer a loss?

It’s not an achievement to make 1000's friends in a year, but an achievement is when you make a friend for 1000's years…!
everyone in this world wants a friend, who share with him in his happy days or sad days.

Well here is my problem.

i've had this close friend for almost 5 yrs now.
We had so many things in common and were so great together.
I'm now at the end of my last year of highschool and i CANT stand that person!

It started off small like littel things annoying me about that person and found that we had nothing to talk about and just sat in silence.

Then a boy stated that she and i were best friends and jokingly said i didnt have any other friends. That was my trigger.

I started seeing ppl think that we were BFF'S (wich were totally not) and were starting to chunk us as one person. i hated that.

i am my own person and i dont want to be seen as somebody else, especially that person.

Anyways i went away on vactaion and when i came back i did'nt want to go back to the old ways.
That person instead became REALLY clingy and sometimes i just want to push them to the ground.

everything that person does shits me to a whole nother level.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?????????

One of her stupid friends got her into smoking and getting drunk every once in a while. She'salways telling me stories about it like "you don't understand it makes you feel good" and i tell her she is a living example of what morons would say. She keeps calling me a wimp because i dont join her and her stupid friends. I've known her my whole life and no matter what i say she wont stop. She thinks there is nothing harmful to smoking and drinking a whole bottle of tequila every week.
help!?!?

My friends are almost always fighting, and usually over the same issues. One of my friends unknowingly does something wrong, and the other gets mad and calls her on it. Then they fight and my youngest friend calls me and vents all her anger to me because she considers me her "sister".

I have 4 good friends, but 2 of the 4 are always having drama and fighting. For a little while it is okay and things are fine...then the crap starts again. She says this about her, and the other fights back. And they both whine to me about it.

Another thing, my 2nd oldest friend always demands to know what me and my friend talk about on the phone, whenever her and her other "close" friend fight.

I've been really adamant about it, telling them the bull has to stop, and that I am not their messenger or secret-keeper anymore, and that they have to talk to each other if they have problems with each other. They say ok but they don't seem to get I've had enough!

Btw, they are turning 20 and 21 years old.

I don't see why my bot friend should be jealous bcause my best friend got us together and I got my best friend together with a friend? I see that my boyfriend doesn't like it when my best friend is there when we are together, but he is always there with his girlfriend.

People are constantly talking about me. && I didn't do anything wrong. If I talk to someones boyfriend/ex-boyfriend (in a friendly manner) people will say all this stuff about me. Even before I had my first kiss I was being called a slut. I'm not going to lie and say it doesn't bother me because it does. I just want a big kiss me aaa to everyone. What should I do? It hurts my feelings.

This summer I was planning on going on a "study abroad" program for a month with my best friend. it goes to different cities in europe. anyways soo, on the phone today she told me that her other really good friend wants to go on the same one with us. ive met her once, she seems nice. anyways im wondering now that were a group of 3 rather then 2 should i still do it? the only thing thats holding me back from signing up is that fact that an odd # might leave someone out, me or her other friend.

should i do it? explain to me what you think :)
THANK YOU!

My best friend and her boyfriend of two years broke up over the summer. He dumped her out of nowhere, and she was absolutely devastated. She seemed to be handling everything well at first, trying to enjoy the single life and focusing on her future. Then she met a cute boy that showed interest right away. They started dating and made things official right away. He is a big partier and player, and they had ended up having sex. Her ex is very straight-edge and wants nothing to do with the party scene, which I think influenced her to be the same way. But with this other guy, she started falling into old habits and turned to alcohol.

To make things worse, this new boy cheated on my friend with THREE other girls. She was heartbroken, and she's been spiraling out of control. She's been letting guys take advantage of her left and right, and she's back to the party scene. I talk to her about it, but no matter what I say, she seems to nod her head and then go out to party. What more can I do?

When a woman I know sees me having a conversation with other people, she will call them over or walk up and start speaking to the person to distraction, then gradually place her body so that I am left out. She used to claim to be my friend, but she has done this on at least 8 occasions. She also "jokes" around in an insulting way. I think she is jealous of me. I want to say something, but am unsure what to say, considering we are both adults with children. I try to avoid her at all cost, but she associates with many of the same people I do, and I'd hate to lose my mutual friends over this avoidance.

What does it mean when you are the new girl at work and during break you are standing around with a group of coworkers that all got to know you when suddenly another guy (whom they're all friends with) comes by. He had to of seen me, but he doesn't say anything to me. He was very quiet and doesn't respond to them, and barely looks at me. I didn't hear him utter one word at all. He is a straight A student at his school and very cute, but he didn't even say hello to me.
