Pretty much everyone i know says i have amazing musical talent. I am wanting to know if i should just wait till high school or collage to find people. but how am supposed to tell my friends?

Stick with your friends and have FUN. If you're not even in HS yet and looking to be a star, relax, there is plenty of time for that. Have a good time, grow, learn, and bide your time.

Look for other people, but don't go crazy doing that. It sounds like you have a lot of time if you are in middle school. Tell you friends that you have a vision for a band, but you don't think that they are the people to fullfill that vison. Tell them that they are really creative and talented(even if you don't think so, because sometimes a white lie IS better than the truth between friends)but they don't fit the part of your vision. You don't have to explain the vision...just say it's difficult to explain.
Console your friends. Tell them that you need them, but that you think that it's best that you don't work together if you will continue being friends.

Good luck!

Bands break up all the time. You don't have to tell them they suck. Start by meeting with other band members and getting a new band initiated. Then, give your current band 2 weeks notice like you would a job. Be professional. Offer to help them find a new member to replace you, if you like, but whatever you do, DON'T LET THEM HOLD YOU BACK! I love Craigslist for every thing! Good luck

sometimes people put up an ad at the music store or in the paper to find other band members. start going to jam sessions and getting to know other musicians. or look in the paper or at the music store for bands that need help. if you are really young, you probably should stick to gigs that are not in bars or late at night (weddings, funerals, talent shows, state fairs etc.)
in the meantime develop your musical skill and leadership. it's your skill that will make the difference.

tell them this.. "hey dudes, yknow I love you. Thats why Im gonna tell you the truth. Coz if we love people, we tell them the truth. cozx if we dont tell them the truth.. that would be "lying".. and we dont lie to each other, cos we're buddies, and buddies stick together, bros before ho's! So the truth is, you guys Suck so bad, that I cant have you in me band, coz then, I would suck, now since your my true buddies, you will understand all this and move on".

good luck and i hope your big rock-n-roll dream comes true. i m sure it will though because you remind me of one of those girls that loves to day dream all day long about [fame] and having a large ceremonial type of dinner and then the pop-party for popular punks and junkies like that. Tell me, have i crossed your line already?
