Just wondering if u guys think that there are any circumstances where its acceptable to have an affair?

Im currently with an older and married man. We love each other (its not just a sexual thing) but he cant leave her at the moment because he'd lose everything. Kid, house, job, etc.

This woman kept asking me over and over if I loved her. I went
ahead and said yes because I didn't know what else to say.
I told her afterwards that I didn't mean it and now she is angry with me. How can I resolve this with her and still get the sex??

i meet a new guy, we text for a few days, then we meet up. on the first date, he'll try to make out with me. after that, we'll continue texting for 2 to 3 days and then we stop contacting each other. this is how the story goes. this has been happening to me recently. a guy will not last for more than 10 days. i don't understand why. i mean, if all the guys have the same reaction, something must be wrong with me. is that right? or what? i don't understand why will the guys make out with me right on the first date when he's not even my bf or any sort? i don't even think they lik me. and worse, i don't know how to reject. so i end up giving in. can anyone teach me how to say no nicely? why cant the guys just stay longer in my life? why must they always go away so fast? i don't like how these sorta stuffs keep taking place in my life. it sucks. :( and, i've got a lot of pent up emotions within me. i want to vent it out, but don't know how to. any suggestions? can u help?

We have been together for 2 & half yrs and he has left me 9 times , every time i have wined or complained , he just runs off to moms and he wont talk to me.Im his first girlfriend and he was 31 yrs old when i met him and always lived at home , never paid rent.People tell me , he does this because i keep taking him back,he doesnt even say hes sorry.I guess hes scared of this hole new girfriend thing ? I don't get it! There are so many people on here asking advice about their cheating spouse/mate! Don't they know, ONCE A CHEATER, ALWAYS A CHEATER? Are they really that hard up that feel they have to put up with a cheating spouse?

Having kids is no excuse. I had two small children when I filed for divorce because of a cheating husband. I also was a mother/housewife and did not have a job! That was not a reason for me to stay with a cheater.

Heidi is an old friend i was hoping to contact for a reunion, this was her married name and i dont know her maiden name. I havent had contact for about 7 years, so i have no idea if she is still married or still in the state. He did some pretty bad things to me in particular and, after my mother finally made him leave 9 years ago, I have been too upset to contact him. But one positive thing he gave me was confidence and ambition. Now I'm successful (nature or nurture?), happy and settled in a brilliant relationship and the only reason why I would contact him is out of sympathy for him, since right now he has nothing. Additionally, if he died/committed suicide tomorrow, I would feel pretty awful. It could make my life more complicated and I would not enjoy spending time with him, but it may make a difference to him. Should I contact him, or forget him?

I am 22, currently in school and will graduate in Jan 2008. My bf and I have been together for 6 years now and are planning on getting married in August 2008. I would like my parents to help me pay for the catering. My parents are divorced and my mom has already agreed to give me 1500 for it but I have to ask my dad. Also my bf has to break the news to his parents but he wants to wait because he thinks his mom will get upset. He is in school and will not be done until just after we get married. His parents want him to stay at home until he is done? Any ideas??

I don't think I gave enough information in my last question so I will try again, thanks to those whom responed though.

About six years ago I and my former partner were invovled in what I thought was a marriage ceromony, it turns out my ex ( a justice of the peace) never gave the lisence to her mother ( a justice of the peace) who performed the ceromony. We are now separated and I want to know if the marraige was legal in the courts eyes, I have searched a great deal and find nothing that says yes or no. I do know that a Justice of the Peace is sworn by law to make sure that a license is signed and handed over to the proper people (city clerk office in the town or city you got married in). I would like to sue her for emotional fraud, or something along those lines. I live in the state of Maine and have looked up a lot of information, I even have a college Family Law book for the state of Maine but again I can find nothing that covers my situation. Any help would by welcomed.

I really do like my guy friend. The thing is the school assumes the two of us are dating. Even my pshychology teacher said it was obvious I liked my friend and he's seen me talking to him twice for a split second. So far there are rumors going around and people are telling my guy friend about me but saying things like, "your girlfriend." etc and people are asking me if me and him are dating and calling him my boyfriend. It's annoying.

I knew back in Nov that he liked my friend that doesn't like him. I think he might still a little bit even when she's said he wasn't her type. And I don't know if maybe he's wondering what people would say if me and him ever hung out after school. I just don't know because he's so sweet to me but at the same time he avoids things or takes too long to get an answer from him about something. I just don't know if it's the rumors that's putting him off.
