i like this instructor who works at the local gym, Whenever i go there, he always chats to me for about 45 mins to an hour on a one to one about all kinds of stuff, he always asks me to go in when he is working, he tells me the times of when he was working and asks me to go in and see him. He came into the gym looking for me once too. He has given me compliments and also walked me to my car the once, and I never notice him talking to any other girls! He has a girlfriend but has recently split with her, and he told my friend that he knows that i like him and that he doesnt want to lead me on, so now I'm really confused, it really seemed like he liked me, I mean why would he spare so much time talking to me and why would he ask me to come in ect, if he had no attraction/interest at all?could it be it's too soon for him? do you think he likes me at all?

My girlfriend just broke up with me last week totally out of the blue citing that we live different lifestyles, don't want the same things, and the spark has worn off for her. I tried to explain that the spark always wears off and maintaining a long distance relationship (like we have been doing) is really taxing on the relationship. I was planning on moving to Chicago this Spring to be closer to her and proposing to her in the Fall. My whole world is in shambles. I love her so much and know that we are right for each other. What should I do? Should I give her space to figure things out? Part of me wants to run to her, while another part of me is so hurt and wounded I just want to run away. I love her so much and my heart is broken over this. Any advice or words of wisdom would be appreciated. If it helps, she's a recovering alchoholic and struggles with relationships. I was divorced 4 years ago and didn't think that I would ever love again until I met her.

I have these two friends... we're practically bestfriends but we don't call each other that because we have really weird trust issues... anyways we became friends when.. close to the first 2 weeks of highschool I asked random people if they wanted to go to the mall..and we've been hanging out ever since. My two friends never knew they lived on the same street as each other so i guess they were kindof closer then I was with them. I felt excluded at first but after a while i delt with it. One day one of the two friends starts avoiding and the other one always talking trash about her to me.. i try to stay neutral, which made them angry saying im a fake friend..Now theyve became friends again and they are ganging up on me... I'm not saying i want to hang out with them again but there have been times when one of us threatened to get people to beat us up...man i just want NOTHING to do with these people... what should I do to avoid getting my ass kicked about nothing at all..i feel pathetic!

He feels terrible because he doesn't want the dreams. He says "I want you to be the only girl that does something like this with me =(" He says that he doesn't like being a guy because nature has made things like that happen. I tell him it's normal and he shouldn't feel bad, but I feel bad myself (I don't tell him that). I don't know why his dreams can't be about me and not a random girl. He said it might have been about me, but he can't say, he just knows that he dreamt it. Why can't I make my emotions believe what I am telling him; that it's normal and it's not worth getting upset over?

After realizing this nice guy vs jerk contoversy... I always wonder if it was an age issue.. Like girls usually tend to want to have fun at the begginning so they go for the "bad" guy for the challenge and fun. Then they get tired of it and settle for the "nice" guy...

I dont want to come sounding like I am trying to generalize.. Ofcourse there might be some exceptions... but I want to see if this idea is true or not by all the answers as a whole...

Okay so there is this guy I really like only he's like in love with my best friend? I've been dating him for 11 months, and he has a daughter with another girl. The other girl doesnt know about me. She calls him all the time and I've caught him numberous of times tellingher that he loves her. I love him very much. He keeps telling me that nothing is going on with them. It's hard to trust him after he's told her that he loves her. She comes over to his house every week and spends the night. He claims it's so he can see his baby. Ok last night i was hanging with my friend/ex but we are like really good friends.

My friend is 14, same age as me. He sucks his thumb and we all know it. Noone takes the mick or anything he just gets really annoyed with himself when we have sleepovers.

He thinks he cannot stop it yet it is a psychological. I really want to help and him and i wonder if any of u guys have any good ideas. Tried like marmite on his thumb but he cant get asleep unless he has it in his mouth. Plz Help!!!!!

that you are not in love with him anymore, that you want to go your seperate ways. I have told him over and over and he doesn't get it. He thinks I'm just mad at him, so he acts all nice and thinks if he acts nice, it's all better. But the truth of it is, it has nothing to do with the fights. He has put me through years of torture and torment(cheating, emotional abuse, damaged relationships with others close to me, and the list goes on), I do not love him and want to be with him anymore. I have told him that I love someone else, I have told him I want a divorce, everything, but he hangs on and won't let me go. If I try to leave he'll threaten me with the kids or in other ways to try to make me stay. I love him as a person and as the father of my children, but there is no romantic love, no sexual attraction, nothing, but he never gets it.
