im turning 13 in a few days and i want to have a party.....only one of my ex best friends is bi and likes me and she thinks shes already coming to the party and i dont want her to come...how do i tell her shes not comeing without her going crazy cause she tends to act crazy when i tell her things like she cant come over or she cant come with me to a movie

She sounds like a demanding unreasonable person. An invitation to anything is a gift and not something someone can demand from you. Shes just plain tacky and rude.
Tell her your parents said she couldnt come. Talk to your parents to make sure they will back you up if she shows up.
