Keep the colors nuetral; off white. Don't go darker than taupe.
If you want color, soft colors work.
Make sure the music you play is soothing yet uplifting & cheerful. Something along the lines of classic Rock-n-Roll; Beatles, Eagles, that sort of thing.
And make sure the people you hire, truly like their job. That they are friendly, curteous & helpful.

well green is one of the most relaxig colors. why do you think you're so relaxed when you sit in a field of grass and trees and flowers etc...
warm colors are also very relaxing/calming. but don't do hot colors like hot pink or neon blue or hot red.
nice pinks or magentas and creams are nice.
or ocean blue and soft white.
