My ex and I have been broken up for 5 months now. The reason why we broke up was because of his temper. He use to physically abuse me and tear up my things in my apartment. Since we've been broken up he has become saved and told me that he would never do those things to be again. He told me that now that he's in the realm of God, the devil can not get to him like that again and make him abuse me again. I still love him but I'm confused about whether or not I should give him another chance. I just dont want to look like a fool again. But on the other hand I feel like there arent really that many "good guys" out there and that because he's trying I should work with him. I dont know...He wants me to be saved with him and work this thing out. I can tell he's trying and really trying to change, I see the chance in him but still I'm confused. Please help me.

Well... it seems like everytime i get with a guy or go out with one.. they are total jerks... i mean its not like im picky and i dont do anything that would make them be total douches but yeah i just need some advice on how to tell if a guy is good or a jerk .. lol i know its kinda hard but if u have any advice.. id appreciate it..

Hi I'm Blue Eyed Girls friend and I had a boyfriend not to long ago. But I broke up with him because he was being a jerk to some of my guy friends because he thought they liked me. He was way to over protective. When a guy would hit on me he would want to start a fight with them. Its been about 2 weeks now sine we have been broken up. He has a new girlfriend and she is one of my friends!!!!! But I'm happy for them I just find myself regretting sometimes because some of my friends think he still likes me. Me and my boyfriend have been together completely for over a year. A year ago i had a baby and i gained some weight and got a TON of stretch marks ALL OVER my body.....im quite pale too so they are still bright red...and i think its sooo gross..but he says it doesnt bother him and that he still likes me for the way i am! Could this be true?

Could he really not mind what has happened to my body ever since the baby? I mean really, It sounds so crazy to me. but i know looks arent everything...its just that i cant even have completely nude sex anymore because im so unconfortable about my body, and he wishes it wasnt like that.... but im thinking that if he did see me fully nude, hed be like, GROSS and hate it.....

What do I do?!

We were supposed to go for dinner tonight after a month of talking on the phone and im and in all caps she's incoherently telling me she is tired of people's drama and stuff and she's just not making sense. I detected she'd be trouble, so I told her I'd give her space.

She said COOL. Why is she being like this when she wanted to see me so bad? Is this a warning sign?

they have got everything...like...house.. car..lots of friends..bf..

I am filing for divorce from my husband because he was abusive to me in many ways. Nothing I did was ever good enough.. Not the food I cooked, the sex I gave(even when I didn't want to), the way I cared for our 2 kids, the friends I had, NOTHING.
I just happened to be online one day with my friend and we found a really amazing guy. He loves me for who I am, asks for me to just sit back and relax, wants me to have everything I ever wanted, and is a really good father to his children and helps me with mine..
My question is, am I wrong for living with the man from the internet while still married, and is anyone else in a situation like this??

I like this guy.
He's REALLY CUTE!!!!!!!!
My friend also likes him too :(
I want our friendship to hold.
I don't want her to get mad if the guy chooses me or if he chooses her, I don't want to get mad.....
The guy I like is really nice and he talks to me A LOT! But doesn't really talk or look at her.
I don't tell her that he sort of flirts with me.

Im 16 and pregnant. its not that i was "sleeping around" or anything and by all means I am not a slut. I've been with this guy for over a year and I really do love him i had so many "loves" when i was younger but this is truly different. and we waited before ever having sex for many months but curiousty and emotions and hormones.. you get the picture.

We've been dating for several years, and pondering tying the knot. We have an otherwise excellent relationship. He is logical, and sees children as a lot of work and a big investment. Says he's pretty sure he won't want kids. I, on the other hand, think there will come a time when I will have a strong desire to have children. This could be a deal breaker for us. Any guys out there who used to cringe at the idea of kids, but have had a change of heart? Is it possible that a 20 something male could develop a desire for children as he grows older and settles down? Or, is this relationship doomed to fail? Sage advice and words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

I asked a guy friend of mine out and he said he liked me but, wanted to stay friends. I guess thats fine with me but it still hurt. Well, he kept his promise and we've remianed close. Yet, I still have strong feelings for him.

My friends said that I should get over him. So all of a sudden I start falling for my other guy friends, or feel that they like me(some have made it pretty obvious).

I've never been in a relationship or have been flirted with (that I know of) so I have no I idea how to react. PLEASE give me some advice

Ive had this dream for at least 3 days now and im getting really scared of it. first of all, the dream begins with my dad and i going to this bar, but since im only 11 i stayed outside on the stairs. then i saw my friend, alyssa, she was crying. my dad, too, saw her and twice he went out of the bar to see her. the second time, when he returned, he handed me this note. i read the note. it said that alyssa was leaving the state and the school. i looked up at her, she was crying even harder. then my dad said that it was time to go. we rode in my car but when we were close to her, i said, 'dad, stop." and i went outside the car. i meant to stop at least 1 foot away but she came and she ran into my arms. my shoulder was wet. i was hugging her too. i said comforting things to her and then thats when i woke up. and the scary part is.....the 3 times i had that dream, my shoulder always became wet when i woke up.
